Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of measuring thickness of a metallic layer on a flexible substrate is provided to measure thickness of a metallic layer using convex parts periodically appearing on the metallic layer by stress applied from the outside or residual stress when the metallic layer is worn on a flexible substrate. CONSTITUTION: A method of measuring thickness of a metallic layer on a flexible substrate(2) comprises following steps. Convex parts are generated by applying of compressive stress to the metallic layer. The cycle of the convex part is measured.

Abstract: A method of imparting a large and accurate initial tension to a coil spring and its application are provided, wherein the method is applied to a shape memory alloy to make an actuator having excellent performance and control shape of the coil spring at high and low temperatures in the reverse shape memory effect. A method of imparting initial tension to a coil spring comprises: winding a coil wire clockwise or counterclockwise to prepare an opened coil spring in which a predetermined distance between the coil wires is maintained when an external force is not applied to the coil spring; and reversing the winding direction of the opened coil spring at the same time as making the coil wires close to each other to manufacture a closed coil spring which maintains its shape when an external force is not applied to the coil spring.

Abstract: Provided is a coating device comprising a stirring cylinder in which the stirring cylinder is rotated and powder is uniformly stirred by a plurality of protrusion, and thus surface of the powder is uniformly coated. Abstract: PURPOSE: A copper sheet inserted aluminum(Al)/stainless steel(STS) clad sheet and a preparation method thereof are provided to prevent Cu from oxidizing in rolling the clad and to enhance the induction heating performance. CONSTITUTION: The copper sheet inserted Al/STS clad sheet on which STS, Al, Cu, Al and STS are laminated in turn, includes a cobalt coating as an anti-oxidant membrane on the both sides of the inserted copper sheet. The preparation method of the copper sheet inserted Al/STS clad sheet comprises the steps of: applying Co as an anti-oxidant membrane on the surface of copper sheet in thickness of 1 to 2 micrometers; laminating Al and STS sheets on the both sides of the surface-treated copper sheet and rolling; and heat-treating the laminated sheets.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A CRT for preventing a howling sound is provided to prevent internal and external vibration of a CRT by installing a howling prevention part to a shadow mask or an inner shield. CONSTITUTION: A CRT has an electron gun for scanning an electron beam and a main body portion having a predetermined space for scanning the electron beam. The CRT is formed with a panel part(100), a frame(200), an inner shield, a shadow mask(300), and a howling sound prevention part(400). A plurality of plate spring(140) is adhered on an inner circumference of a rectangular panel(120). The frame(200) is installed in an inside of the panel part(100). The inner shield is combined with one side of the frame(200). The inner shield has an incline plane in order to shield an external magnetic field. The shadow mask(300) is installed within the frame(200). The howling prevention portion(400) is formed with a wire(420) and a coil spring(440) in order to absorb the vibration.
