PURPOSE: A system and method for charging the battery of an electric vehicle are provided to help a user to efficiently manage power by being interlinked with power grids to manage a power demand peak. CONSTITUTION: A system and method for charging the battery of an electric vehicle is comprised of steps: receiving maximum charge complete time of a parked electric vehicle and desired price(S501); receiving the remaining power information of a power storage and required power and price information from a external power client(S502); planning a schedule of charging the electric vehicle based on the obtained information(S503); moving the electric vehicle to the power storage if the schedule of charging the electric vehicle is planed; and supplying the power of power storage to the external power client(S504).

A multi module communication apparatus and a data transmitting and receiving method using the same are provided to exchange a signal for controlling power supply of plural wireless communication modules included in the multi module communication apparatus by using a low power communication channel, thereby minimizing the whole power consumption. A selection information receiver(430) receives communication module selection information for instructing to select one of plural wireless communication modules(412,413) through a wireless channel(211) provided by a low power communication module(411). A power controller(440) supplies power by selecting a wireless communication module designated by the communication module selection information received through the selection information receiver. A data transceiver(450) transmits or receives data through a wireless channel(212,213) provided by the selected wireless communication module.

본 발명은 주위 환경의 재난 상황을 감지하고 재난 구조를 위한 데이터를 수집할 수 있는 재난 구조용 무선 네트워크 형성 시스템에 관한 것이다. 상기 무선 네트워크 형성 시스템은 복수의 무선 통신 단말 장치를 포함하고, 각각의 무선 통신 단말 장치는, 주위 환경이 통상 상황인지 재난 상황인지 여부를 나타내는 데이터를 저장하는 상황 정보 보유부, 및 재난 발생이 감지된 경우 상기 상황 정보 보유부에 재난 상황을 나타내는 데이터를 저장하는 재난 발생 알림부를 포함한다. 또한 상기 각각의 무선 통신 단말 장치는, 복수의 무선 통신 단말 장치 중 당해 무선 통신 단말 장치로부터 미리 정해진 거리 내에 위치된 무선 통신 단말 장치인 근접 단말 장치와 무선 데이터 통신하는 무선 통신부, 및 재난 발생이 감지된 경우 당해 무선 통신 단말 장치에 대한 상기 근접 단말 장치의 상대적 위치에 관한 데이터를 취득하는 위치 정보 취득부를 포함한다. 또한 상기 복수의 무선 통신 단말 장치는, 상기 무선 통신부에 의해 서로 통신 가능한 무선 통신 단말 장치들 간의 무선 데이터 통신을 통해 그물(mesh) 구조의 무선 네트워크를 형성한다.

PURPOSE: A preamble change method in a portability network system is provided to prevent communication disconnection by alternately transmitting preamble using a preamble change system. CONSTITUTION: A base station selects a relay varying a preamble. The relay alternately transmits a signal using a first preamble and a signal using a second preamble with a plurality of terminals receiving a control of the relay'(703). The relay decides a preamble change completion of all terminals(707). If the preamble change of all terminals is completed, the relay transmits only a signal, which uses a second preamble, to terminals.

PURPOSE: When relay device transmits data to a terminal, a method, a device and a system for transmitting data in a multi hop relay system are provided to effectively transmit data to other terminal by using interference eliminating precoding matrix in a base station, thereby effectively using the resource. CONSTITUTION: A BS(Base Station)(201) receives channel information(Hd,1) between the BS and the first MS(Mobile Station)(203) from the first MS. The BS generates interference eliminating precoding matrix by using the HD,1. The BS transmits the first data to RS(Relay Station)(202). The RS transmits the first data to the first terminal. The BS transmits the second data to the second terminal(204) by using the interference eliminating precoding matrix.
