PURPOSE: A system and a method for constructing a wireless adhoc mesh network for disaster rescue, and system and method using the wireless adhoc mesh network for disaster rescue are provided to obtain accurate data which is specific about the disaster situation in extreme situation. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication unit(130) performs near terminal device and a wireless data communication which is a wireless communication terminal device that is located in the predetermines distance from the wireless communication terminal device among a plurality of wireless communication terminal devices. If data stored in the situation information storing unit expresses the disaster situation, a location information obtaining unit(140) obtains relative location data based on the strength and direction of an electronic wave which is received by the wireless communication unit from the near terminal device. The relative location data is data about the relative location of the near terminal device about the corresponding wireless communication terminal.

PURPOSE: A multiple wireless access service through multiple beam formation and a communication apparatus for providing the same are provided to receive more than two beams at the same time and to transmit more than two beams at the same time by using one active antenna array. CONSTITUTION: A single antenna array (201) receives more than two beams at the same time. The single antenna array has a plurality of output ports. Radio Frequency (RF) modules (202-1-202-3) are connected to the plurality of output ports of the antenna array. Base band modules (204-1-204-3) process signals corresponding to more than two beams transmitted through the RF module in a base band. The RF module includes a plurality of dividers and combiners. CONSTITUTION: Base nodes(100,102) provide beam setting information and feedback period information. The feedback period information is for the mobile information of a portable terminal. Dispersion nodes(104,106,108) transmit the mobile information of the portable terminal to the base nodes according to a feedback period.
