아이소소바이드 유도체 화합물, 이를 포함하는 광경화성 조성물 및 투광성 복합시트가 개시된다. 본 발명에 의해 제공되는 아이소소바이드 유도체 화합물을 포함하는 열경화성 수지 조성물은 조성물의 굴절율 및 점도를 용이하게 조절할 수 있어 투광성이 우수한 유리섬유 복합체를 얻기 용이할 뿐만 아니라, 열적 안정성이 높아 각종 광학 전자 부재로 적용하기에 유리하다.

The present invention relates to Aspergillus terreus KCTC12234BP which is a novel strain. The present invention can use phosphoric acid to manufacture itaconic acid, not to grow cells, in a culture medium including high concentration of phosphoric acid, thereby enhancing productivity of the itaconic acid and increasing itaconic acid production efficiency in a large scale production facility.

본 발명에 따른 바이오 디젤 제조방법 및 바이오 디젤 제조장치는 일정한 공정을 반복 사용함으로써 바이오 디젤의 생산 시간을 현저하게 단축시킨 발명이다. 구체적으로는, 액체이산화탄소, 바이오디젤, 글리세롤 및 잔류물질을 분리 저장하는 공정을 추가하고, 이러한 공정을 반복하여 실시하는 것에 관한 발명이다. 그리하여 본 발명에 따라 바이오 디젤을 생산하게 되면, 확산 속도가 초임계 이산화탄소에 비해 느린 액체 이산화탄소를 사용하여 바이오 디젤을 생산하더라도 그 생산시간을 현저하게 단축 시킬 수 있게 된다. 또한 바이오 디젤 생산 공정에서 배출되는 잔류 물질들을 계속적을 재사용 할 수 있어, 보다 친환경적이고 경제적이며, 생산 비용을 현저하게 낮출 수 있다.

본 발명은 목질계 바이오매스 원료물질로부터 푸르푸랄 유도체를 직접 제조하기 위한 금속촉매조성물 및 이를 이용하여 목질계 바이오매스 원료물질로부터 푸르푸랄 유도체를 직접 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 목질계 바이오매스 원료물질로부터 푸르푸랄 유도체를 직접 제조하기 위한 금속촉매조성물에 있어서, MXn 또는 MXn·H 2 O를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 M은 금속원소이고, 상기 X는 할로겐 원소, 트리플레이트, 노나플레이트, 메실레이트, 토실레이트 또는 디아조늄으로 이루어진 작용기 중 어느 하나이며, 상기 n은 1 내지 3인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 종래에는 전처리, 단당화공정 등의 다단계 공정을 거쳐야 했던 푸르푸랄유도체의 제조공정을, 다종의 금속촉매를 최적의 비율로 혼합함으로써, 이로 인해 하나의 반응장치내에서 간단한 반응공정만으로 목질계 바이오매스 원료물질로부터 푸르푸랄 유도체를 바로 전환시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.

PURPOSE: A semi-continual enzymatic bio diesel production method and production apparatus in the sub critical carbon dioxide are provided to make eco-friendly as the residual chemicals and enzymes discharged from a bio diesel production process are continuously recycled. CONSTITUTION: A bio diesel production method comprises a step in which oil and carbon dioxide are supplied through a carbon dioxide supplying line(13) which is connected to a oil supplying pipe that supplies oil in a bio catalyst reactor and in which methanol is supplied through a methanol supplying line(15); a step that separates bio diesel and carbon dioxide getting mixtures with bio diesel generated after the synthesis of bio diesel from bio catalyst reactor as the first separator(7) is connected to a bio catalyst reactor(6) and the first mixture supply line; a step that separates glycerol getting the mixture in which bio diesel and carbon dioxide is removed from the first separator as the second separator(10) is connected to the second mixture supplying line; and a step that supplies to oil supplying line getting supply of the mixture in which glycerol is removed from the second separator and methanol as a blender is connected to the second separator and the third mixture supplying line. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly polylactic acid composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of poly lactic acid which comprises 40-93 weight% of polylactic acid of L-optical isomer and 3-60 weight% of polylactic acid of D-optical isomer, 3-30 parts by weight of one or more copolymers selected from an acryl-based copolymer and reactive acrylic copolymer, and 1-20 parts by weight of organically surface-treated phyllite powder. The average particle size of the organically surface-treated phyllite powder is 0.5-500 micron. The polylactic acid composition additionally comprises 3-30 parts by weight of impact-reinforcing agent.

PURPOSE: A succinic acid culture medium with high productivity is provided to mass produce the succinic acid at low cost by mixing expensive yeast extract with low price corn precipitate at optimal rate. CONSTITUTION: A succinic acid culture medium comprises 125-195g/l of glucose, 6-18 g/l of yeast extract, 15-40 g/l of corn precipitate, 8-12 g/l of sodium hydrogen carbonate and 90-110 g/l of magnesium carbonate. The succinic acid production cell group is Actinobacillus succinogenes.
