Abstract: 본 발명은 가스보일러 등의 가정용 가스연소기기용 버너로 사용되는 버너의 연소표면재질을, 세라믹이나 스테인리스 또는 다공성의 금속섬유직조 조직의 다공체판을 사용한 예혼합방식의 가정용 가스버너에 관한 것으로써, 가스버너의 본체 상면에는 세라믹이나 스테인리스 또는 금속섬유직조 조직인 다공체판을 설치하여 다공체판의 표면상에 버너의 주화염이 형성되도록 하고, 연료공급구(1)를 통하여 공급되는 연료가스와 공기유입구(2) 안쪽에 천공된 다수의 노즐구멍으로 분사되는 연료가스가 제1차 혼합실(3)의내부에서 연소용공기와 연료가스가 일정한 비율로 1차 혼합되도록 하고, 제2차 혼합실(4)의 사각측면에 일정하게 천공되어 있는 구멍을 통과하여 제2차 혼합실(4)로 유입되어지도록 하고, 제2차 혼합실(4)로 유입된 혼합가스가 완전한 예� �합가스로 형성되어 일정한 속도로 균일하게 분출되어지도록 한 다음, 버너표면(6)의 직하부에는 연소시에 발생하는 연소소음의 감소효과도 큰 기공율 5-9%인 다공판(5)을 설치하여 예혼합가스가 보다 안정되고 균일하게 버너의 화염이 치우침없이 예혼합가스의 분출속도분포가 일정하게 유지되면서 버너의 연소표면(6)에 공급되고, 가스버너의 연소표면재질을 금속섬유직조 조직인 다공체판을 사용하는 경우 다공판(5)과 버너연소표면(6) 사이에 탄성이 강한 용수철(7)을 설치하여 금속섬유직조 조직인 다공체판이 아래로 쳐지지 않음과 동시에 연소시에 역화현상이 일어나기 어려운 구조로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.

Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to improve the cooling performance of a power generation apparatus by facilitating the cooling of a cooling fluid.
