PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for processing an IPC(Inter Processor Communication) message transfer event in a high-speed router system is provided to minimize an IPC message process task and improve the performance of a main processor by gathering associated events, which can be processed in one IP message, among the IPC transfer events generated from sub modules into an IP message and transmitting the IP message. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for processing an IPC message transfer event in a high-speed router system comprises an IPC event management task. The IPC event management task is composed of an event queue table(b2), an event queue manager(b3), and an IPC message processing task(b4). The event queue table(b2) stores IPC event messages. The event queue manager(b3) manages the stored IPC event messages. The IPC message processing task(b4) processes IPC event message fields.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for exchanging an IPC(Inter Processor Communication) message using an ethernet switching device are provided to install the ethernet switching device in a module matching backplane of an ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) switch, construct an IPC message dedicated star ethernet network, and transmit and receive the IPC message using an ethernet switching method. CONSTITUTION: An ethernet switching device(112) switches a path of an IPC ethernet frame transmitted from a transmission side processor and transmits the IPC ethernet frame to a receipt side processor. Each processor connects to a star ethernet network centering around the ethernet switching device(112). The ethernet switching device(112) is embedded in a main processor module(110).

The disclosed are a processor visual synchronizing device of a data communication system having a plurality of processors and line interfaces, and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the processor visual synchronizing device includes: a first local processor which synchronizes a visual of an external device and a system by recognizing the visual difference between the external device and the system by exchanging a visual message with the external device; and a second local processor which receives information on the visual including the visual difference between the external device and the system from the first local processor synchronized with the external device on the visual, and synchronizes the first local processor and the internal visual of the system using the received information on the visual.

PURPOSE: A sink node and an operating method thereof are provided to classify detection values in effective ranges by judging the validity of the detected value of each sensor node. CONSTITUTION: A sensor node(100) detects the peripheral information periodically, and transmits a detection value to a sync node(110). A wired/wireless communication unit(112) performs the communication with the sensor node or a cluster head node and a host. For the detection value, a detection value management unit(114) process the detection value according to first and second threshold values for each preset sensor node. A detection value storage unit(116) generates the detection value for each unit time in record.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for calculating a recursive path and managing resources necessary for computation of a multi-layered resource transmission network path and a device therefor are provided to prevent a route computation failure due to shortages of resources in a constant layer. CONSTITUTION: A path calculation engine receives a patch calculation request for transmission service of an N layer. The path calculation engine searches a TE link resource of the N layer based on TE(Traffic Engineering) database. The path calculation engine repeats a route computation request and a route computation request of a lower layer until all route computation is completed.
