본발명은폴리옥시에틸렌계고분자를포함하는극소수성막형성용조성물에관한것으로, 본발명에따른폴리옥시에틸렌계고분자를포함하는극소수성막형성용조성물은간단한코팅공정으로극소수성막을제조할수 있고, 제조된극소수성막은 125이상의접촉각을나타내므로, 표면을코팅하여극소수성을필요로하는다양한분야에서극소수성막형성용조성물로유용하게사용할수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an antifouling photocurable resin composition containing a perfluorine polyether modified compound and to an antifouling transparent thin film for hard coating produced by using the same. The antifouling photocurable resin composition containing the photocurable perfluorine polyether modified compound, which is represented by chemical formula 1, can be applied to organic materials such as polymers, is compatible with other organic medicines, and can be applied to a roll to roll (R2R) process. In comparison to a conventional photocurable compound having hydrocarbon double bonds, the photocurable perfluorine polyether modified compound, according to the present invention, can be cured using ultraviolet rays without an additional radical initiator, and can be chemically combined to every hydrocarbon compound by a reaction, so the photocurable resin composition including the present invention has high reaction rate and no reactant which his not reacted, and excellent in adhesion to a substrate and film formation. Furthermore, excellent antifouling properties due to the perfluorine polyether compound allows the production of an antifouling transparent thin film for hard coating, thereby being used in various fields like functional coating films for a display, optical filters, frames or surface coating of electronics, fiber-repellent coating, or waterproof coating paint used in household goods, construction, shipbuilding, civil engineering sectors, etc.
