    Abstract: PURPOSE: Supporting structure of installation for a radiator is provided to use a radiator regardless of kind of a vehicle, and to cut down expenses by adjusting a separable connection supporting member with inserting a rubber insulator to a lower bracket. CONSTITUTION: A radiator installation system is composed of a radiator(1) having upper and lower tanks and a core; a rubber insulator(10) inserted to a lower bracket(7); a fitting groove(4) formed in the lower part of the lower tank; a fixing protrusion(6) inserted to the fitting groove to fix the lower tank; and a separable connection supporting member(5) having a supporting shaft inserted to the rubber insulator. Load is transmitted to the lower bracket of the radiator in vibrating the vehicle, and vibration and noise are reduced with the rubber insulator and an auxiliary rubber buffering member. The radiator is separated from the separable connection supporting member, and installed in the vehicle with modifying the separable connection supporting member according to the kind of the vehicle. The radiator is supported with inserting the rubber insulator to the lower bracket. Expenses are reduced with using the radiator in common by adjusting the separable connection supporting member.

The main body(2a) is circular and coupled to the cooling fan. The inflow holes(2b) are formed at the main body(2a) with an interval for external air inflow. Slide units(7) interferingly fitted in the fitting portions are prepared at the lower portions of the blades. The slide units are assembled by horizontal sliding. When a new vehicle is designed or a blade is changed, only the blade is re-designed. Therefore, the cost and time for developing a cooling fan for a new vehicle are reduced.

CONSTITUTION: An oil cooling system for a transmission in a vehicle is connected to a cooling unit(4), and oil is streamed through a circulating tube. Auxiliary coolant is contained in the upper part of a cooling fan(31) of a radiator(30) in a coolant circulating system of an engine, and high-temperature oil is cooled with the cooling unit. A reservoir(32) is injection-molded integrally in the upper part of the radiator. The cooling unit has a connecting end(4a') connecting an inlet tube(3a) flowing high-temperature oil and an outlet tube returning oil to an oil tank after cooling, and a containing tube(4b) penetrated through the reservoir. Oil of the transmission is cooled with coolant of the radiator without air-cooling unit. Assembling process is reduced, and the layout is modified.
