Abstract:
An oil pump for continuously variable transmission is provided to improve reliability and to prevent generation of a foreign material by casting a reaction shaft support and a reaction shaft in an integrated unit. An oil pump is comprised of an oil pump housing, a reaction shaft support, driven gears, and a reaction shaft(11). The driven gears are intermeshed between the oil pump housing and the reaction shaft support. The reaction shaft is formed at the reaction shaft support. The reaction shaft is integrated and molded with the reaction shaft support. A connection unit between the reaction shaft support and the shaft is experienced with a high frequency thermal treatment. The integration of the reaction shaft support and the shaft improves reliability of the oil pump.

본 발명은 오일필터장치에 연결된 오일펌프의 고속 회전 시에 오일필터장치의 토출구 측에서 오일의 유속이 빨라지면서 압력이 낮아지는 현상을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 캐비테이션 방지를 위한 오일필터장치에 관한 것으로, 입구(120)를 통해 유입된 오일이 필터(111)를 거쳐 토출구(130)를 통해 배출되도록 하는 오일필터장치(100)에 있어서, 상기 토출구(130) 측에는 토출된 오일의 일부가 다시 안쪽으로 유입되도록 하는 리턴 유로가 형성되며, 이 리턴 유로 상에는 오일의 압력에 따라 개폐가 이루어지는 밸브부재(130)가 구비되어, 오일펌프의 고속 회전 시에 급격한 압력 저하에 의한 캐비테이션 현상을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있는 발명인 것이다. 오일필터, 오일펌프, 캐비테이션, 리턴유로, 볼.

PURPOSE: A non-woven fabric-type oil filter integrated with a valve body is provided to improve a filtering effect and durability by mounting first and second cover members at an opening side of a valve body and then installing the oil filter between the first and second cover members and to increase the freedom of a design by installing the oil filter to the valve body. CONSTITUTION: A non-woven fabric-type oil filter structure integrated with a valve body is composed of a first cover member mounted at an opening side of the valve body and formed with a first oil hole through which oil is inserted and discharged; a second cover member(20) combined to the first cover member and formed with a second oil hole(23); and a non-woven fabric-type oil filter(100) installed between the first and second cover members to form a space and to filter the oil inserted from the valve body in the space.

PURPOSE: A flow rate variable oil pump is provided to improve the efficiency of a system by variably controlling the flow rate of oil via a crescent movably installed between a drive gear and a driven gear. CONSTITUTION: A flow rate variable oil pump comprises a housing(50), a driven gear(60) installed in the housing, a drive gear(70) eccentrically engaged with the inside of the driven gear, and a crescent(80) movably installed between the drive gear and the driven gear. The crescent is movably fitted to a slot(51) formed in the housing. An oil entrance hole is formed at a side of the slot. The crescent moved upward or downward depending on the engine rpm. Thus, the flow rate of oil is variably controlled.

PURPOSE: An oil pump supporting member of a continuously variable transmission is provided to prevent movements of a continuously variable transmission input shaft and an oil pump rotary shaft by comprising a supporting member between the continuously variable transmission and an oil pump. CONSTITUTION: A continuously variable transmission(20) is installed inside a transmission hosing. The continuously variable transmission comprises a input shaft(22) and a continuously variable transmission case cover(24). An oil pump(30) comprises a rotary shaft(32) and an oil pump case cover(34). A connecting unit connects the continuously variable transmission input shaft and the oil pump rotary shaft. The connecting unit delivers power of the input shaft to the rotary shaft. A supporting member(10) prevents relative movements by connecting the continuously variable transmission and the oil pump.

PURPOSE: A guide device for a parking rod in automatic transmission is provided to allow an end of a parking rod to be fit into a camp support installed at a rear cover by controlling the end of the parking rod through a guide placed on a case. CONSTITUTION: In a device, a detent lever(14) is installed to be interlinked with a gearshift lever inside a transmission case. A rod(16) is adhered to the detent lever and is installed in gearshift operation to be moved in axial direction. A cam support is installed inside a rear cover in order to accept one end of the rod. A guide member(22a) controls a cam support so that the position of rod is faced with the cam support. The guide member includes a flange fixed to one end to the transmission case. A protrusion projected to a traveling direction of the rod is formed with a receiving part.

An oil pump is provided to prevent backflow of oil when the gear݆s teeth are meshed each other by installing an oil guide at an inner surface of an oil outlet where a drive gear and a slave gear are contacted. An oil pump comprises a housing(10) having an oil outlet(20) and an oil inlet(30), a drive gear(40), a slave gear(50), and an oil guide(100). The drive gear and the slave gear are outer-geared between the oil inlet and the oil outlet, rotate to transfer oil from the oil inlet to the oil outlet. The oil guide is formed at an inner surface of the oil outlet contacted to the drive gear and the slave gear to prevent leakage of oil from the oil outlet to the oil inlet.
