    Abstract: 본 발명은 다중 입체패턴 형성을 위한 자기도장방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 자성 안료를 포함하는 도료를 특정 패턴을 갖는 외부 자기장에 반응시켜 3차원 입체패턴을 구현하되 시야각에 따라 다른 패턴의 3차원 무늬가 보이도록 하는 다중 입체패턴 형성을 위한 자기도장방법에 관한 것이다.
    이를 위하여 본 발명은 (a) 백킹시트 표면에 자성 안료를 포함하는 도료를 도포하여 패턴층을 형성하는 단계; (b) 상기 패턴층을 입체패턴으로 형성한 외부 자기장에 반응시켜 패턴층 내에 자성 안료가 외부 자기장에 의해 배열되어 입체패턴을 형성하는 단계; (c) 상기 (b)단계의 패턴층에 500~1000mJ/㎠의 자외선을 1~5분 동안 조사하여 부분 경화하는 단계; (d) 상기 (c)단계의 패턴층을 60~90℃에서 1~10분 동안 예열하여 경화하는 단계; (e) 상기 (d)단계의 패턴층에 60~90℃에서 1~10분 동안 예열된 투명필름을 적층하여 열접착하는 단계; (f) 상기 투명필름과 패턴층을 압착 및 냉각하고 상기 백킹시트에서 분리시켜 필름을 마련하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 (a) ~ (f)단계를 2회 이상 반복하되, 상기 (b)단계에서 외부 자기장의 중심축이 패턴층의 표면에 대해 매회(每回)마다 다른 각도의 기울기를 갖도록 형성하고, 전회(前回)의 (f)단계에서 마련한 필름을 다음 회의 (e)단계에서 패턴층에 열접착하는 필름(투명필름)으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 입체패턴 형성을 위한 자기도장방법을 제공한다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An engine room cooler using fuel system of LNG vehicle is provided to improve cooling performance without the capacity improvement of a cooling system by decreasing the temperature of cooling water by two vaporizers. CONSTITUTION: An engine room cooler using fuel system of LNG vehicle comprises first and second vaporizers(103,200), a cooling water connection pipe(220), and a cooling water discharge pipe(230). The first vaporizer vaporizes the LNG fuel provided from a fuel tank(101). The second vaporizer is connected through a second solenoid valve(210), which is operated according to the control signal of ECU(Engine Control Unit), and evaporates the LNG fuel provided from the fuel tank. The second vaporizer is connected to a first solenoid valve(107) and exhausts the vaporized LNG fuel. The cooling water connection pipe guides the cooling water, which is provided to the first vaporizer and frozen by the first vaporizer, to the second vaporizer. The cooling water discharge pipe interlinks the engine and the second vaporizer in order to supply the cooling water, flowing in the second vaporizer, to an engine.

CONSTITUTION: A water pump with an impeller comprises an impeller housing(130), a driver case(120), a fixed shaft(230), a rotor unit(220), an impeller(200), a stator unit(210) and a driver(120a). The impeller housing is mounted on the front of a motor housing(110). The driver case is mounted on the rear of the motor housing. One end of the fixed shaft is fixed to the central part of the driver case. The rotor unit is rotatably mounted on the outer circumferential surface of the fixed shaft. The impeller is installed in the impeller housing along with the rotor unit. The stator unit is fixed to the inside of the motor housing to face the rotor unit. The driver supplies power to the rotor and stator units. The driver is installed in the driver case to rotate the rotor and the impeller.
