Abstract: PURPOSE: A spool valve for regulating hydraulic pressure is provided to modify the design of the valve without manufacturing the additional die, and to control hydraulic pressure efficiently by preventing leakage between a valve body and a valve spool. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic control spool valve is composed of a valve body(10) having a body chamber(11) connected to plural ports to supply hydraulic pressure; a valve body socket(20) having a socket chamber connected to plural ports and inserted to the body chamber of the valve body; and a valve spool(30) having plural lands supplying hydraulic pressure with sliding by hydraulic pressure in the socket chamber, and grooves between lands. The design of the valve body socket is modified without manufacturing the additional die. Hydraulic pressure is controlled efficiently by preventing leakage between the valve body and the valve spool.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for displaying the possible mileage of a vehicle is provided to check the possible mileage of the vehicle on a real time basis by calculating the possible mileage of the vehicle in consideration of current driving state and the amount of remaining fuel based on the driver's driving inclination when a lamp for the lack of fuel is turned on in a dashboard. CONSTITUTION: A device for displaying the possible mileage of a vehicle comprises a fuel quantity detector(14), a fuel efficiency information storage unit(15) and a traveling state managing unit(20). The fuel quantity detector outputs fuel amount detection signals about the amount of remaining fuel of a fuel tank part. The fuel efficiency information storage unit stores the fuel efficiency information about throttle position sensor value. The traveling state managing unit calculates the possible mileage of the vehicle based on average fuel efficiency and remaining fuel corresponding to the average TPS value and informs the possible mileage of a driver.

Abstract: A cooler of the continuously variable transmission is provided to simplify the manufacturing process by excluding the addition valve for controlling the starting clutch. The manual valve(105) inputs/outputs the first fluid pressure controlling the starting clutch(102) according to the shiftgear(25). The manual valve outputs the second fluid pressure cooling the forward clutch(101) or the reverse break(103) according to the first fluid pressure. The forward clutch is operated in the forward condition of the vehicles including the continuously variable transmission. The reverse break is the element operated in the backward state. The first flow channel(107) is used in order to apply the first fluid pressure to the manual valve. Abstract: An accumulator for the line pressure is provided to reduce the spring force of accumulator using the most high pulley pressure of CVT. The accumulator(10) is used for the line pressure pulsation decrease of the CVT(Continuously Variable Transmission). The accumulator for the line pressure reduces the pulsating of the line pressure of CVT of the high pressure by reducing the spring force. The accumulator receives the pressure which is high between the first pulley(31) and the second pulley(32) through the backend in which the spring(11) is mounted. The line pressure of CVT is 4bar ~ 50bar range.

Abstract: A line pressure control system of a continuously variable transmission is provided to prevent an irregular variation of the CVT(Continuously Variable Transmission) by variably restricting excessive oil from being supplied to a line regulator valve. A line pressure control system of a continuously variable transmission includes a line regulator valve(6) and a secondary regulator valve, which control an oil amount from an oil pump(2) and supply the controlled result to respective elements. A pump flow control valve(4) is implemented between the oil pump and the line regulator valve, such that the oil amount supplied to the line regulator valve is variably controlled according to the number of rotations of an engine.
