Abstract: PURPOSE: A moving armrest of a vehicle is provided to improve convenience and comfortableness by moving the armrest according to the body of a driver or passenger and fixing the armrest with an electromagnet. CONSTITUTION: A moving armrest for a vehicle is composed of a base(10) formed at the side of a vehicle body; an armrest(20) installed in the upper part of the base and moved with a sliding unit; and a fixing unit fixing the position of the armrest to fasten the armrest in the base. The position of the armrest is adjusted according to the body of a passenger after releasing the magnetic field. The armrest is fixed with attaching an iron plate of the armrest to an electromagnet of the base in pushing a switch. The armrest is used conveniently with moving easily and fixing the armrest by the electromagnet.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An I-beam for a vehicle is provided to prevent the breakage of the beam and reinforcing member because the beam is folded like bellows by an impact. CONSTITUTION: An I-beam for a vehicle comprises a beam(10), a rib(12), and a reinforcing member(20). The beam absorbs an impact applied to the bumper of a vehicle. The rib is extended in the vertical direction of the beam. The reinforcing member is inserted in the beam in order to fold the beam without breakage when the impact is applied. The beam and the rib are made of plastic and the reinforcing member is made of iron.
