Abstract: Disclosed is a multilayered composite panel. A multilayered composite panel according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises linear pressing units, undercut units, and extension beads. At least two thin plates having continuous waveform patterns of an identical pitch and different heights are overlapped in one direction. A predetermined air layer is formed between the overlapped thin plates. The thin plates are linearly pressed in another direction to make the top and bottom surfaces of the overlapped thin plates alternate so that the linear pressing unit which partitions the waveform patterns of the top surfaces and bottom surfaces per cell is formed. Both lateral central units connecting furrows and ridges of each cell of the top and bottom surfaces of each thin plate is pressed by the linear pressing unit on the opposite side so that the undercut unit is formed.
