Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydrogen feeder for fuel battery and a method thereof are provided to obtain re-circulating function in full flow section without hydrogen blower and to reduce volume of entire device and air current noise. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen feeder for fuel battery comprises an injector(61), a proportional control valve(71), and an ejector(81). The injector and the proportional control valve(71) are installed in a hydrogen feed line which interlinks a hydrogen feed unit and a fuel cell stack in parallel. In the hydrogen feed line, the ejector is installed in back end of the ejector and the proportional control valve. The ejector is connected to a hydrogen exhaust part of the fuel cell stack through a re-circulation line.
