CONSTITUTION: Apparatus for controlling the speed change of a vehicle comprises a skirt(3) and a cover(5). The skirt slides along the longitudinal direction of a change lever(1). The cover is disposed at the path selected to shift to R by the change lever. The cover limits the skirt movement to prevent the wrong operation to R. A ball(7) with a part projected is inserted into the skirt. The ball is inserted towards cover. The ball limits the moving direction of the skirt by contacting with the cover. The ball minimizes the friction with the cover by rolling when shifting the change lever to first/second.

    Abstract: A vacuum pump reducing inner frictional force is provided to reduce frictional force according to centrifugal force of vanes by making a vacuum negative pressure of a vacuum pump flow into the vanes at a medium-speed rotary area of an engine. A housing(3) has an air path connected with the inside of a brake booster, a connecting path connecting an oil hose sent from an oil main path, and a path for returning flowed oil to an engine oil sump. A rotor(5) is placed in an eccentric state while being spline-combined with a shaft(7) receiving rotary force from an alternator inside the housing. A plurality of vanes(6) are installed at a side of the rotor at gaps to be drawn by centrifugal force by rotation of the rotor and generate vacuum power through sealing action. A vacuum negative pressure roundabout element(8) reduces frictional force by generating force against centrifugal force of the vanes by making vacuum negative pressure generated through the air path of the brake booster flow into the vanes combined with the rotor.
