CONSTITUTION: A carrier plate(100) slidably combined to a door channel has fixing protrusions(110). Glass holders(200) are placed at rear left and right sides of the carrier plate. The lower end of a glass is fitted in the inner faces of the glass holders. Fixing protrusions are formed on the rear face of the glass holders. A clip(300) has a combining unit(310) having a fixing recess(311) and a support piece(320) having a fixing recess. Upon connecting the clip from the lower portion of the carrier plate, the combining unit of the clip is placed surrounding the lower face of the carrier plate.
