Abstract: 본고안은매뉴얼트랜스미션의쇼크를저감시키기위한장치에관한것이다. 본고안에따른메뉴얼트랜스미션의쇼크를저감시키기위한장치(10)은, 출력축(20)상에설치되어출력축(20)과함께회전되는제1기어(28), 제1기어(28)에맞물리고베어링(32)에의해입력축(18)상에설치되어입력축(18)과는독립적으로회전될수 있게되는제2기어(30), 제2기어(30)의일면에부착되는제1디스크(44), 제1디스크(44)에대향적으로배치되고입력축(18)에고정되어입력축(18)과함께회전되는제2디스크(46), 및시프트레버의작동에따라변속초기에는직경이작은제1유로(38)를따라제2기어(30)의다른일면에공급되는유압을이용하여제2기어(30)를일방향으로밀어냄으로써제1디스크(44)와제2디스크(46)를접촉시켜입렵축(18)과출력축(20)의회전수차이를보상하게되며일정정도의회전수차이가흡수되면제1유로(38)에비해직경이넓은제2유로(40)을따라제2기어(30)의상기일면에공급도는유압을이용하여제1디스크(44)를제2디스크(46)로부터이탈시키게되는유압작동수단(48)을구비한다. 본고안의상기구성에따라, 변속초기에입력축과출력축의회전수를어느정도등기시킴으로써싱크로나이저미캐니즘의기능을보조할수 있게되며입력축과출력축의회전수차이로인하여발생되는크래시노이즈및 쇼크를최소화할수 있게된다.

Abstract: The oil pump for maximizing the discharging quantity of the supplied oil with a compact size, comprises a plunger(13) sliding on the inner surface of the plunger housing(15), being touched with the groove formed on the outer periphery of the following gear(12), internally engaged with the driving gear(11); spring(16) mounted between the spring and the plunger housing(15); secondary suction/discharge ports(19)(20) provided among the groove of the following gear, inner surface of the pump casing(14) and the plunger housing; primary suction/discharge ports(17)(18) provided in the driving gear, respectively connected with the secondary ports; pump casing(14) including the driving/following gears(11),(12), plunger(13).
