    Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure for lubricating a cam shaft of a cylinder head is provided to effectively supply oil to a cam shaft when an oil supply hole is not provided to a journal surface. CONSTITUTION: In a structure for lubricating a cam shaft of a cylinder head, a cam cap mounting surface(1d) of the cylinder head is formed with an oil supply hole(1b') communicated to an oil gallery(1c). A cam cap(2) is formed with oil grooves(2c) at both sides of its lower surface. The oil grooves are communicated to the oil supply hole and extended to a cam shaft journal, so that the oil is supplied between the cam shaft(3) and journal surfaces(1a,2b) without forming an oil supply hole to the journal directly.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A valve with a structure preventing partial side wear of a valve seat is provided to prevent partial side wear by compensating eccentricity. CONSTITUTION: A valve(1) includes an annular groove(6) formed on a valve face(5) facing a valve seat(4) in circumferential direction; a seal ring inserted to the annular groove to contact with the valve seat, and freely moving up and down and left and right; and a spring washer(8) accumulating dynamic stability when the seal ring moves, and supporting the seal ring to return the seal ring to an original position. When the valve is eccentric to a central axis(x-x) by distance l and inclined to the valve seat on one side, one part(7a) of the seal ring on the eccentric side contacts with the valve seat to be pushed to the other side. The other part(7b) of the seal ring is moved to an outside of the annular groove to contact with the valve seat. Horizontal and vertical movement of the seal ring is absorbed by the spring washer deformed. When the valve moves down, the seal ring returns to the original position by elastic restoring force of the valve seat.

With the temperature rising of the cooling water, the upper valve hole is opened while the lower valve hole is closed by the descent of the pipe valve. Then, the cooling water passing through the upper valve hole is closed by the barrier and is restrained from flowing to the cooling water outlet. With the temperature falling of the cooling water, a wax body(13) contracts and the pipe valve ascends by the elasticity of a spring(17). The upper valve hole is closed and the lower valve hole is opened. Thus, cooling water is restrained from flowing to a radiator. Cooling water directly flows into a water pump without passing through the radiator.

The magnetic field is formed with applying power to a coil(8) of a first magnetic substance(4) in supplying power to the roller, and induced to a second magnetic substance(5) to rotate the fan. The fan is turned with operating the magnetic field between first and second magnetic substances as constraining force of the fan. The rotational speed of the fan is decided according to the constraining force of the magnetic field and the rotational speed of the driving shaft. The ECU reduces current in decreasing temperature of air through a radiator by coolant, and the fan rotates at a low speed by lowering intensity of the magnetic field between the magnetic substances.
