Abstract: PURPOSE: A parking apparatus of an automatic transmission is provided to improve transferring efficiency of power and an operation of a shifting lever by constricting rotation of a parking gear with a locking member. CONSTITUTION: A parking apparatus of an automatic transmission comprises a parking gear(60), a parking rod(58), a locking member and a parking cam(59). The parking gear is splined to an output shaft of the transmission. A parking groove(60¡~) is formed to an outer surface of the parking gear. The parking rod moves straightly according to movement of a shifting lever. The locking member stops rotation of the parking gear by inserting a locking pin(53) to the parking groove according to movement of the parking rod. The parking cam formed to the parking rod operates the locking member when the parking rod moves. Thereby, transferring efficiency of operational power and an operation of the shifting lever are improved by reducing a connecting structure of the parking apparatus.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manual control device is provided to maintain a distance between the center of a manual shaft and the center of a manual valve uniformly, and improve durability and a sense of gear shift by reducing abrasion of a contact part between a manual control lever and a manual valve. CONSTITUTION: A manual control device includes a manual shaft(7), a manual control lever, a manual valve(11), and a distance maintaining part(13). The manual shaft is connected to a shift lever by a shift cable to rotate according to the operation of the shift lever. The manual control lever is mounted at a side of the manual shaft to rotate together with the manual shaft. The manual valve is connected to the manual control lever to perform a straight motion according to the rotation of the manual control lever. The distance maintaining part maintains a distance between the center of the manual shaft and the center of the manual valve uniformly when the manual valve performs the straight motion.

Abstract: A bearing lubricating structure for an automatic transmission is provided to prevent oil leakage and pressure drop by inserting a pipe-shaped orifice seal in a flow path of a case which supplies lubricant oil to a bearing. A pipe-shaped orifice seal(30) is inserted in a flow path(12) of an automatic transmission case(16) connected to a rear cover(14). Abstract: PURPOSE: A parking apparatus of an automatic transmission is provided to simplify the connection structure by eliminating the parking rod, and to make the best use of space by reducing the size of the transmission. CONSTITUTION: A parking device of an automatic transmission is composed of a parking gear(61) installed in an output shaft of an output shaft installation part(53); a parking sprag(63) installed in a transmission case(50) to constrain and release rotation of the parking gear; a hydraulic actuator(70) assembling the parking sprag with the parking gear; plural return springs(65,66) separating the parking sprag from the parking gear; and a hydraulic control unit(80) supplying hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic actuator according to operation of the shift lever. Rotation of the parking gear is constrained with supplying hydraulic pressure from the oil pump according to operation of the manual valve. Connection structure is simplified, and the size of the transmission is reduced with omitting the parking rod.
