Abstract: PURPOSE: A door handle assembly for preventing the door from being opened during the collision of vehicle is provided to protect the passengers in the vehicle from the safety accident such as a hurt from a fail. CONSTITUTION: A door handle assembly for preventing the door from being opened during the collision of vehicle includes a handle(20), a covert unit(30), a base(90), a handle rod(50) and a lever(60). The handle(20) is installed on the outside surface of the door panel. The cover(30) on the inside of the handle(20) in parallel. The base(90) is connected to the door panel and coupled to the handle(20) and the convert unit(30). The handle rod(50) is integrated inside of the handle(20) and the end of the handle rod(50) in the shape of tip. The lever(60) is rotatably inserted into the axis provided inside of the door panel. And, the lever(60) is provided with a groove in such a way that the tip of the handle rod(50) is inserted into the groove when the impact is applied to the outside of the door panel.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sliding door controller of a car is provided to operate a hold open lock device and a door locking device with the same inner and outer handles in a sliding door having the hold open lock device. CONSTITUTION: A sliding door controller of a car includes a base plate(10), first and second levers(20,30), a connection lever(40), third to fifth levers(50,60,70), an outer handle link(80), a locking lever(90), a door locking lever(100), and an actuator(110). The first lever is fixed on the same shaft as an inner handle(4). The second lever is rotated in the same direction interlocking the first lever. The connection lever is hinged to a lower end of the second lever. The third lever is hinged to the connection lever. The fourth lever is rotated in the same direction interlocking the third lever to pull a link of the door locking device. The fifth lever pulls a cable(7) connected to a hold open lock device when the inner handle is operated in a closing direction. The outer handle link makes the second lever interlock the fifth lever by being pressed downwardly when the outer handle is operated. The locking lever makes the second lever interlock the first lever or prevents the interlock when the inner handle is operated in an opening direction. The door locking lever makes the fourth lever interlock the third lever or prevents the interlock when the inner handle is operated in an opening direction. The actuator operates the door locking lever by pressing a lock button by a driver.
