Abstract: PURPOSE: A rainwater on a mirror is prevented by forming an air layer on the mirror, thereby obtaining a clear vision while driving in rainy day. CONSTITUTION: A compression air tank(20) of a brake device is provided to supply compressed air. A plurality of injection nozzle is connected to the compression air tank to inject air to the mirror surface forming an air layer. A solenoid valve(24) is installed to control the supply of the compressed air. An air vent hole is positioned in rear side of a mirror housing. An opening/closing member selectively opens the air vent hole by an actuator(44). A wind pressure sensor(50) is provided to detect wind pressure while driving. A controller(60) controls the solenoid valve and the actuator according to the detected wind pressure.
