Abstract: PURPOSE: A gasket structure of a rocker cover is provided to seal up a mounting unit of the rocker cover mounted at the upper part of a cylinder head and covering a valve train. Abstract: PURPOSE: A wiper blade for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the performance of wiping vehicle glasses through surface improvement of DLC(Diamond Like-Carbon) coating formed on blade rubber. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a wiper blade for a vehicle is as follows. A wiper blade is initially washed and loaded into a vacuum chamber having a vacuum condition for a plasma process. Argon(Ar) ion is injected to wash the rubber blade, thereby removing an oxide film or contaminants from the blade surface. Hydrocarbon gas and SiH4 are injected at the same time using an MEIG(Magnetic Enhanced Ion Gun) to generate plasma and inject carbon and Si ion to the wiper blade at the same time. The carbon and Si ion particles are deposited on the surface of the wiper blade.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An SCF(Supercritical Fluid) extrusion system and a weather strip manufacturing method using UHMWPE(Ultra High Molecular Weight Poly-Ethylene) are provided to achieve light weight and incombustibility by substituting an iron core with an ultra-fine foaming weather strip. CONSTITUTION: A weather strip manufacturing method is as follows. A UHMWPE(30) is inputted to a molding extruder(36) for a UHMWPE. The UHMWPE is melt inside an extruder cylinder and carried to a head(34) for the extrusion. A solid TPV(31) is inputted to a molding extruder(40) for TPV. A sponge TPV(32) is inputted to the molding extruder for TPV. A SCF(33) is inputted to the molding extruder for TPV. The TPV and the SCF are shaped by the molding extruder for TPV. The extruded weather strip is transferred to from the molding extruder for TPV and the extrusion head, and expelled to the outside.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A rocker cover gasket composition for plastic and its preparation method are provided, to minimize the heat deformation, thereby improving the heat resistance, the engine oil resistance, the compression set and the stress alleviation and reducing the leakage. CONSTITUTION: The rocker cover gasket composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a polymer resin; 20-25 parts by weight of medium abrasion furnace carbon black; 20-30 parts by weight of semi-reinforcing furnace carbon black; 0.8-1.2 parts by weight of a carboxyl group-containing curing agent. Preferably the carboxyl group-containing curing agent is HCOOH. The method comprises the steps of heating the composition at 180 deg.C for 30 sec to 6 min; reheating the composition at 180 deg.C for 3 hours and 50 min to 5 hours; and compression molding the heated one.
