Abstract: 본 발명의 예시적인 실시예에 따른 디젤 엔진의 녹스 저감장치는, 디젤 엔진의 배기관과 흡기관 사이에 터보 차져가 설치되고, 상기 배기관에 디젤 입자상 물질 필터(DPF: Diesel Particulate matter Filter)가 설치되며, 상기 디젤 입자상 물질 필터의 후단과 상기 터보 차져의 흡기 측을 연결하는 EGR 파이프가 구비되는 LP-EGR 방식으로서 이루어지며, 상기 디젤 입자상 물질 필터의 후단에서 그 디젤 입자상 물질 필터를 거친 배기가스를 대기로 방출하는 상기 배기관에 관직경이 국부적으로 확장되는 관확장부를 형성하고, 상기 배기가스가 재순환되며 상기 터보 차쳐의 흡기로 통기되는 상기 흡기관에 관직경이 국부적으로 축소되는 벤츄리부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An engine for a vehicle is provided to improve fuel efficiency by integrating the advantage of a gasoline engine with the advantage of a diesel engine. CONSTITUTION: An engine for a vehicle comprises first and second injectors(3,5), an EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) device, and a controller(7). The first injector is formed in an intake port connected to a combustion chamber(1). The second injector is formed inside the combustion chamber and injects fuel which is different from fuel injected from the first injector. The EGR device re-sends a part of exhaust gas exhausted from the combustion chamber to the combustion chamber. The controller controls the first and second injectors and the EGR device.

Abstract: An injector for a diesel engine of a vehicle is provided to prevent deterioration of engine output by automatically washing a fuel injector nozzle and reducing the variation of flow rate in the injector. An injector for a diesel engine of a vehicle includes a housing(10), a driving shaft(20), a nozzle(30), and a driving unit. The housing is arranged on a combustion chamber of the engine. The driving shaft is arranged in the housing. The nozzle is arranged on the lower end of the driving shaft such that the nozzle corresponds to a fuel injection hole(32) formed at the lower end of the housing. The nozzle is equipped with a nozzle valve(34) for injecting fuel through a channel varying in accordance with the rotation of the driving shaft. The driving unit includes a rotation gear(43), a driving gear(41), and a bi-directional rotation motor(40). The rotation gear for rotating the driving shaft is rotatably mounted on the top of the driving shaft. The driving gear is engaged with the rotation gear, and the bi-directional rotation motor rotates the driving gear in both directions.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An exhaust pressure control device of a diesel engine and a method thereof are provided to improve the performance and output of an engine by controlling the pressure of the exhaust gas discharged from the engine according to operational conditions. CONSTITUTION: When operating an engine, the amount of air, the amount of fuel, loads, the speed of the engine and cooling water are detected(20). The pressure of exhaust gas to the detected amount of air and fuel is calculated(21). Whether the calculated exhaust pressure is satisfied with an optimal condition or not is detected(22). An exhaust pressure control unit keeps the present state if unsatisfying the optimal condition and regulates opening at the optimal condition of the exhaust pressure(24). The change of engine operation is detected when controlling the opening of the exhaust pressure control unit(25). An exhaust pressure control method improves the performance and output of the engine by starting actively with residual combustion heat.
