Abstract: 본 발명은 실린더헤드용 지그장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 종래 실린더헤드용 지그장치의 워크가이드 구조를 개선시킴으로써, 실린더헤드의 안착후 워크가이드의 일편이 하강하여 지그장치에 클램핑된 실린더헤드의 가공 과정에서 공구의 전후진시 공구와 워크가이드의 간섭이 방지되고, 이에 따라, 공구의 이동경로를 최소화하여 실린더헤드의 가공시간이 단축되고, 불필요하게 공구길이를 증가시킬 필요가 없어 불안정한 가공요소가 제거되며, 지그장치의 회전시 워크가이드와 주변 구조물과의 간섭이 제거되는 실린더헤드용 지그장치에 관한 것이다.
이를 위해, 본 발명은 워크가이드가 2편으로 분리되고, 이 워크가이드의 일편 하부에는 상기 지그바디에 링크로 결합하는 로딩 플레이트가 장착되고, 이 로딩 플레이트는 상기 리프트 플레이트에 제1핀으로 결합하여, 리프트 플레이트의 하강시 로딩 플레이트가 회전하면서 상기 로딩 플레이트에 링크로 결합하는 워크가이드의 일편이 하강하는 실린더헤드용 지그장치를 제공한다.

Abstract: A jig apparatus for the cylinder head is provided that the interference with the peripheral structure and work guide can be removed in the rotation of the jig apparatus. A jig apparatus for the cylinder head comprises a jig body(220) supporting the load of the cylinder head and measuring working force of the processing procedure, a lift plate(120) in which the cylinder head is settled, a work guide(200) guiding the cylinder head on the top of the lift plate, a pad(230) installed at both sides of lift plate, a clamp rod(150) clamping the cylinder head settled in pad. The cylinder head is settled in pad in lowering of the lift plate. The clamp rod is inserted into the cover plate(240) and moves. The lift plate comprises a positioning pin(250) installed at the either side.
