Abstract: An induction heating apparatus is provided to ensure consistent bonding between a pad and a panel by locating the induction heating apparatus below the pad and panel. An induction heating apparatus configured to facilitate thermal bonding of a pad onto a panel comprises a fixing bracket(221) and a fixing jig(220), a panel(230) and a pad(231), an induction coil(311), and an induction heater(300). The fixing bracket forms a frame of the induction heating apparatus and the fixing jig is provided on opposite sides of the fixing bracket to support. The panel and pad is held on the fixing jig for thermal bonding. The induction coil is located below the panel and pad generating high-frequency induction heat for thermal bonding, and comprises an internal cooling water passage(321) to prevent the induction coil from being damaged by heat. The induction heater comprises a high-frequency generator(310) and a cooling water circulating device(320) for transferring heat to the induction coil.
