    Abstract: 연료전지 시스템의 부피를 줄이는 동시에 가습 효율을 증대시키며 스택의 운전온도에 조기에 도달할 수 있도록 하는 가습기를 제공하기 위해, 본 발명에 의한 가습기는 최외측에 배치되는 제1관, 제1관과 제1 간극을 형성하고 제1관의 내측에 배치되는 제2관, 및 제2관과 제2 간극을 형성하고 제2관의 내측에 배치되는 제3관을 구비하고, 제2관 및 제3관은 이온 교환막을 포함하며, 제2 간극을 통해 연료전지 스택으로 유입되기 전의 가스가 흐르고, 제1 간극 및 제3관의 내부를 통해 냉각수 및 연료전지 스택을 통과한 가스가 선택적으로 하나씩 상기 제2 간극의 가스와 역방향으로 흐른다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel efficiency measuring device for a fuel cell vehicle is provided to easily separate a quick coupler by changing positions of high-pressure regulator and the quick coupler and excluding a flexible hose and a bent valve. CONSTITUTION: A fuel efficiency measuring device for a fuel cell vehicle comprises a hydrogen tank(10) and electronic balance(12) measuring a weight of the hydrogen tank. A high-pressure regulator(14) and quick coupler(16) are connected to an outlet portion of the hydrogen tank one by one. Air pressures of the front and rear parts of the quick coupler are decreased and the coupler is smoothly separated at the same time.

    Abstract: An apparatus and a method for detecting malfunction in a hydrogen tank for a fuel cell vehicle system are provided to ensure reliability in driving a fuel cell vehicle by figuring out which hydrogen fuel tank does not supply hydrogen fuel through comparison between the total amount of hydrogen consumption and the amount of hydrogen supplied from each hydrogen tank. An apparatus for detecting malfunction in a hydrogen tank for a fuel cell vehicle system comprises at least one hydrogen tank(10), a plurality of temperature sensors(12), a pressure sensor(20), a fuel cell stack(26), an FPS(Fuel Processing System,24), and a control unit(30). The hydrogen tank stores hydrogen to be supplied to the fuel cell stack. The temperature sensors measure temperatures in each hydrogen tank. The pressure sensor measures pressure in the hydrogen tank. The fuel cell stack causes reaction between hydrogen and oxygen to generate electricity. The FPS supplies hydrogen to the fuel cell stack. The control unit calculates an amount of hydrogen supplied from each tank by subtracting the amount of hydrogen left in each tank obtained by using temperature and pressure in each tank after a certain time period from the initial amount of hydrogen obtained by using initial temperature and pressure, calculates a total amount of hydrogen by accumulating current generated in the fuel cell stack, calculates an amount of hydrogen periodically discharged to the outside, and compares the total amount of hydrogen consumption with the amount of hydrogen supplied from each tank for discriminating which hydrogen tank is malfunctioning and alarming the result.

    Abstract: A method for detecting and controlling an error of a high voltage battery main relay is provided to prevent damage of a pre-charge relay and a resistor previously by automatically turning off the high voltage battery main relay when the error is detected. A method for detecting and controlling an error of a high voltage battery main relay includes the steps of: turning on a plurality of high voltage battery main relays in a predetermined order(S3,S4,S5); measuring a temperature of a resistor linked with normal operation states of the main relays(S6); and turning off the high voltage battery main relays by determining the error of the high voltage battery main relay when the measured temperature of the resistor is higher than a reference temperature(S7,S8).
