Abstract: Un material de revestimiento liquido, curable con radiacion actinica, substancial o completamente libre de solventes organicos, y que comprende (A) dos compuestos de la formula general I: X-O-Y(-OH)-Z-Gr en la que las variables tienen las siguientes definiciones: X es un radical aromatico de 6 a 14 atomos de carbono, radical aromatico heterociclico de 5 a 20 atomos de anillo o radical alquilo de 6 a 30 atomos de carbono, Y es un radical organico trivalente, Z es un grupo funcional de enlace, y Gr es un radical organico que contiene un grupo que se puede activar con radiacion actinica; con la condicion de que, de los dos compuestos (A), uno contie4ne un radical aromatico o heterociclico aromatico x (= compuesto A1) y uno contiene un radical alquilo x (= compuesto A2); (B) oligo- y poliuretanos y/u oligo- y poliesteres que contienen dos o tres grupos que se pueden activar con radiacion actinica; (C) pigmentos de color y/o efecto; (D) ceras; (E) agentes de deslustramiento; y (F) aditivos de polisiloxano que contienen grupos que3 se pueden activar con radiacion actinica; proceso para prepararlo y su uso para producir revestimientos de bobina.

Abstract: La invencion se refiere a material de recubrimiento liquido, endurecido con radiacion actinica, completa o esencialmente libre de solventes organicos, que comprende: (A) al menos dos compuestos de la formula general (I): X-O-Y(-OH)-Z-Gr, en donde las variables tienen las siguientes designaciones: X representa un radical aromatico teniendo 6 a 14 atomos de carbono, un radical aromatico heterociclico teniendo 5 a 20 atomos de anillo o un radical de alquilo teniendo 6 a 30 atomos de carbono; Y representa un radical organico trivalente; Z representa un grupo funcional de acoplamiento; y Gr representa un radical organico con al menos un grupo que se puede activar por medio de radicacion actinica; siempre y cuando al menos uno de los al menos dos compuestos (A) comprenda un radical aromatico o aromatico heterociclico X (= compuestos A1) y que al menos uno de los al menos dos compuestos (A) tenga un radical de alquilo X (= compuestos A2); (B) al menos un pigmento acido inhibidor de corrosion con base en acido polifosforico, y (C) al menos un componente seleccionado a partir del grupo que consiste de nanoparticulas y pigmentos electricamente conductores. La invencion se refiere ademas a un metodo para la produccion y uso del mismo.

La invencion se relaciona tambien a un metodo para la produccion y uso de la misma.

Abstract: Method wherein a glass made of polycarbonate is varnished with a self-curing monocomponent polymer composition based on acrylic polyurethane and which is polymerized directly on the glass, after it has been coated on the latter and desolvation by UV photopolymerization. The composition comprises photoabsorbing substances which are susceptible particularly of protecting the glass against ageing due to solar light, which subtances absorb wave lengths in a first predetermined range. The polymerization of said composition is activated in a second predetermined range of wave lengths longer than those of the first range, particularly by radiation with a mercury/lead lamp.
