    Abstract: The invention relates to preparations, in particular plant preparations which contain a mixture of at least two different active plant-protective substances, wherein a) at least one active substance is selected from a conazole group (active substance 1) and b) another active plant-protective substance (active substance 2) whose water solubility at a temperature of 20 0C is less than 20 g/l, c) at least one type of copolymer CP consisting of M monomers comprising a) at least one type of monoethylenically unsaturated monomer M1 comprising at least one sulphonic acid group and P) at least one type of neutral monoethylenically unsaturated monomer M2, wherein the quantitative ratio between the active substance 1 and the other active plant protective substance 2 ranges from 1:10 to 10:1. Said invention also relates to novel copolymers CP which are embodied in the form of polymers consisting of at least three types of different monoethylenically unsaturated monomers M and comprise, in the polymerisation incorporated form, a) at least one type of monoethylenically unsaturated monomer M1 comprising at least one sulphonic acid group, Pl) at least one type of neutral monoethylenically unsaturated monomer M2 whose water solubility at a temperature of 20 0C is less than 30 g/l and P2) at least one type of neutral monoethylenically unsaturated monomer M2b whose solubility at a temperature of 20 0C is greater than 50 g/l.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing random radical copolymers, characterized by the following steps: a) dissolving by heating a) at least one olefinically unsaturated sulfonic acid of formula (I); wherein n is 0 to 10; X represents O or NR5; R1 represents hydrogen or methyl; R2, R3 independently represent hydrogen or C1 to C6 alkyl and R5 represents hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, alkylaryl, arylalkyl, alkoxyalkyl, aryloxyalkyl, alkoxyaryl, hydroxyalkyl, (di)alkylaminoalkyl, (di)alkylaminoaryl, (di)arylaminoalkyl, alkylarylaminoalkyl or alkylarylaminoaryl, wherein the aryl groups can be mono- or polysubstituted, the salts thereof or mixtures of acid and salts and b) at least two structurally distinct olefinically unsaturated monomers of formula (II), wherein Y represents O or NR7; R5 represents hydrogen or methyl; R6 represents alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, (di)alkylaminoalkyl or (di)alkylaminoaryl and R7 represents hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, alkylaryl, arylalkyl, alkoxyalkyl, aryloxyalkyl, alkoxyaryl, hydroxyalkyl, (di)alkylaminoalkyl, (di)alkylaminoaryl, (di)arylaminoalkyl, alkylarylaminoalkyl or alkylarylaminoaryl, and c) optionally one or more olefinically unsaturated monomers which can be structurally distinct from components (a) and (b), and at least one initiator, either (i) in a solvent mixture which contains water and a solvent having a boiling point below 140°C and being soluble in water, or (ii) in one or more pure alcohols, and polymerizing said mixture in solution, the copolymer formed also remaining dissolved.
