CONSTITUTION:With an endless conveyor belt formed of molding of thermoplastic elastomer, original paper 7 is set on a platen glass surface 3 piece by piece in a closely adhering state. At this time, an antipollution agent layer 6 is formed on a surface of this conveyor belt 5. Any drop in frictional force of the belt 5 against the original paper 7 is kept back by this antipollution agent layer 6, and the original paper 7 is conveyed with constant conveying force, thereby sticking it fast on the platen glass surface 3. Simultaneously with this adhering, a contaminant such as toner or the like is prevented from sticking to the belt 5. In consequence, service life for the conveyor belt 5 is thus prolongable.
