    Abstract: composto de camadas múltiplas com camada evoh e camada protetora. a presente invenção refere-se a um composto de camadas múltiplas contendo as seguintes etapas: uma camada interna (1) escolhida de uma massa de moldagem de fluorpolímero e uma massa de moldagem de poliolefina; (ii) um camada promotora de aderência (ii), com a seguinte composição: a) 0 até 80 partes em peso de um copolímero de enxerto de poliamina-poliamida, b) 0 até 100 partes em peso de poliamida, e) 0 até 85 partes em peso de um polímero escolhido de fluorpolímeros e poliolefinas, sendo que a soma das partes em peso de a), b) e c) perfaz 100 e sendo que adicionalmente na soma dos componentes a) e b) consistem pelo menos em 20 partes em peso de unidades monômeras, que derivam de caprolactama e/ou da combinação de hexametilenodiamina/ácido adípico, hexametilenodiamina/ácido subérico, hexametilenodiamina/ácido sebácico, hexametilenodiamino/d iácido dodecanóico, hexametilenod iamina/ isoftálico ou hexametilenodiamina/ácido tereftálico; d) no máximo 50 partes em peso de aditivos, escolhido de borracha amortecedora de impacto e/ou adjuvantes ou substâncias aditivas usuais; iii, uma camada (iii) a partir de massa de moldagem evoh; apresentando uma aperfeiçoada aderência de camadas.

    Abstract: Polyamide molding composition containing an impact modifier and a functionalized olefin-acrylic polymer comprises a polyamide having an excess of terminal amino groups over terminal carboxy groups. Molding composition comprises: (A) 60-96.5 wt.% of a polyamide having an excess of terminal amino groups over terminal carboxy groups; (B) 3-39.5 wt.% of an anhydride-functional impact modifier selected from ethylene/ alpha -olefin copolymers and styrene-ethylenebutylene-styrene block copolymers; and (C) 0.5-20 wt.% of a copolymer comprising: (a) 20-94.5 wt.% 2-12C alpha -olefin units; (b) 5-79.5 wt.% (meth)acrylic acid, (meth)acrylate salt, 1-12C alcohol (meth)acrylate, (meth)acrylonitrile and/or (meth)acrylamide units; and (c) 0.5-50 wt.% olefinically unsaturated epoxide, carboxylic anhydride, carboximide, oxazoline or oxazinone units.

    Abstract: A multilayer composite which comprises the following layers: I. an interior layer I selected from among a fluoropolymer molding composition and a polyolefin molding composition; II. a bonding agent layer II which has the following composition: a) from 0 to 80 parts by weight of a polyamine-polyamide graft copolymer, b) from 0 to 85 parts by weight of polyamide, c) from 0 to 85 parts by weight of a polymer selected from among fluoropolymers and polyolefins; with the sum of the parts by weight of a), b) and c) being 100; and, in addition, the sum of the components a) and b) comprising at least 20 parts by weight of monomer units derived from caprolactam and/or the combination hexamethylenediamine/adipic acid, hexamethylenediamine/suberic acid, hexamethylenediamine/sebacic acid, hexamethylenediamine/dodecanedioic acid, hexamethylenediamine/isophthalic acid or hexamethylenediamine/terephthalic acid and d) not more than 50 parts by weight of additives selected from among impact-modifying rubber and customary auxiliaries and additives; III. a layer III comprising an EVOH molding composition, has improved adhesion of the layers.

    Abstract: The composite includes a coupling layer comprising a graft copolymer from: (a) a polyamine with at least 4 nitrogen atoms and a number-average molecular weight (Mn) of at least 146; and (b) polyamide-forming monomers (lactams, omega -amino-acids and/or equimol. combinations of diamines and dicarboxylic acids). A thermoplastic multilayer composite comprises layers (I) and (II) of different thermoplastic moulding materials and an interlayer (III) of a coupling agent. At least 5 wt% of (III) consists of a graft copolymer derived from: (a) 0.5-25 wt% (based on the copolymer) of a polyamine with at least 4 nitrogen atoms and a Mn of at least 146; and (b) polyamide-forming monomers selected from lactams, omega -aminocarboxylic acids or equimolar combinations of diamines and dicarboxylic acids. An Independent claim is also included for moulding materials containing: (A) 5-60 parts by weight (pts. wt.) of a graft copolymer as above; (B) 10-85 pts. wt. of a polyamide; (C) 10-85 pts. wt. of a polyester; and (D) not more than 40 wt% (based on A + B + C) of an impact-modifying rubber and/or conventional auxiliary substances or additives.

    Abstract: The thermoplastic composite material comprises a polyamide layer bonded to a polyester layer by means of an adhesive (I) comprising a blend of polyamide prepared from stoichiometric amounts of a diamine containing 6-12C atoms and dicarboxylic acids, and a polyester prepared from a diol containing a mixture of dicarboxylic acids. Thermoplastic composite material comprises a polyamide layer bonded to a polyester layer by means of an adhesive (I) comprising at least 50 wt.% of a blend of: (a) 20-80 wt.% of a polyamide prepared from stoichiometric amounts of a diamine containing 6-12C atoms and dicarboxylic acids, including at least 5 mol% of dicarboxylic acids (II) containing 10-36 C atoms; and (b) 20-80 wt.% of a polyester prepared from a diol containing 2-12 C atoms and a mixture of 30-95 mol% of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid containing 6-20 C atoms and 5-70 mol% (II). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) production of the composite material by multicomponent injection molding, coextrusion or coextrusion/blow molding; (2) an adhesive as defined for (I).
