    Abstract: Provided is a detergent composition, which comprises the following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) 50 to 95 wt. % of a polyol or polyol ether which can dissolve at least 1 wt. % of palmitic acid at 35 DEG C., (B) 1 to 30 wt. % of crystals of a neutral salt of an anionic surfactant, and (C) 0.1 to 20 wt. % of a thickener; and has a water content of 10 wt. % or less. It can simultaneously wash off sebum in the paste or solid form and sebum in the liquid form and does not impart dry, flaky and stretched feelings to the skin.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleansing article capable of discharging creamy foams good in shape retaining properties by blending a specific nonionic surfactant with an anionic surfactant and filling the resultant detergent composition in a foam discharging container having a porous film. SOLUTION: This skin cleaning article is obtained by filling a detergent composition containing (A) at least one surfactant of a phosphoric ester-based surfactant of formula I (R is a hydrocarbon; R is a hydrocarbon; X and X are each H, an alkali metal, etc.), a sulfuric ester-based surfactant of formula II [R is a hydrocarbon; Y is oxyethylene; (a) is 0-10; M is H, etc.; (n) is the valence of M] and a sulfonic acid-based surfactant of formula III R is a hydrocarbon; Z is CHR -(CH2 )b -C6 H5 [R is H, etc.; (b) is 0-10]} and (B) a nonionic surfactant containing a polyoxyalkylene group in an amount of average 1-50mol based on one hydrophobic group in a discharging container. The composition preferably has a composition of 1-30wt.% component (A) and 0.5-30wt.% component (B). The skin detergent article is good in feeling of use and creamy and has high detergency.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a high-viscosity cosmetic containing a large amount of an oil agent, having excellent stability, beautiful appearance, sufficiently showing functions of oil agent corresponding to purposes by combining plural oil phase parts having equal water phase part compositions, especially plural O/W type emulsions.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a hair-treating agent containing an aqueous component comprising a surfactant, an alcohol and water and a liquid oil having a viscosity lower than the aqueous component, capable of readily removing stains and having good touch and stability. CONSTITUTION:0.05-15 wt.% of a surfactant, 0.5-40 wt.% of an alcohol and 0.1-25 wt.% of water are homogeneously mixed each other and further mixed with 20-98 wt.% of a liquid oil to provide the objective agent. A ratio between the viscosity of the aqueous component and the viscosity of the oil component is necessary to be >= 1. The agent may be, if necessary, compounded with a humectant, a blood circulation-accelerating agent, a cooling agent, an UV absorbent, a sterilizer, a perfume, etc. The agent can be applied as a shampoo, pre-shampoo, hairdressing cream remover, dandrull-removing agent, etc., in an O/W type emulsified transparent-semitransparent jelly.
