PURPOSE: To prepare a crystalline aluminosilicate composed of fine particles, in high yield and productivity, by mixing a concentrated aqueous solution of a silicate with an aqueous solution of an aluminate, gelatinizing and crystallizing the mixture, and at the same time, pulverizing the coarse crystals. CONSTITUTION: A concentrated aqueous solution of a water-soluble aluminate having a concentration of 30W70wt% is mixed with an aqueous solution of a water-soluble silicate having a concentration of 30W50wt% at a ratio to obtain the molar ratios (Na 2 O:Al 2 O 3 :SiO 2 :H 2 O) of (1.2W2.5):1:(1.5W3.0):(15W35), and the mixture is agitated, gelatinized and crystallized to obtain the crystals of aluminosilicate. In the above process, the system is heated at 60W110°C after the completion of the gelation, and the mixture is recycled, pulverized and crystallized to obtain the slurry of fine aluminate crystals having a particle diameter of 3W5μ, atmost 10μ. Abstract:
PURPOSE: An unneutralized phosphate ester of an organic hydroxy compound is made into a liquid film of a specific thickness and the liquid film is brought into contact with an inter gas to effect deodorization the titled compound used as a detergent or emulsifier readily and economically. CONSTITUTION: When a phosphate ester of organic hydroxy compound is deodorized, its unneutralized phosphate ester is continuously made to flow down on a heated vertical surface so that a liquid film of 0.1W5mm thickness is formed. The temperature of the liquid film is kept at 50W250°C and the liquid film is brought into contact with an inert gas such as steam to effect the deodorization of the ester. The pressure is reduced as low as possible, preferably kept lower than 100mmHg to accelerate the deodorization rate and improve the deodorization efficiency. EFFECT: Phosphate esters are generally unstable; however, the process according to the present invention causes no adverse effect on the composition of the phosphate ester and scarcely chemical change such as hydrolysis and thermal decomposition. PURPOSE: To prepare the titled compound useful as a detergent and resistant to the lowering of the ester-content with time, with little hydrolysis of the product, easily, by mixing and neutralizing a liquid α-sulfo-fatty acid ester with powdery solid carbonate and/or bicarbonate. CONSTITUTION: A liquid α-sulfo-fatty acid ester is mixed and neutralized with (A) a powdery solid carbonate and/or (B) bicarbonate to obtain an α-sulfo-fatty acid ester salt. The amount of the component A and/or B is 1W150mol, preferably 4W60mol per 1mol of the α-sulfo-fatty acid ester. The component A or B is e.g. Na 2 CO 3 , K 2 CO 3 , NaHCO 3 , etc. A detergent composition having high hydrolysis resistance and cleaning property can be prepared by mixing the α-sulfo-fatty acid ester salt produced by the present process with other detergent components (e.g. spray-dried powder).
