    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the occurrence of noise due to resonance of a shell in a compressor used in a domestic refrigerator or the like. SOLUTION: A fulcrum fixing part 16 is fixed at the resonance node part 21 of the resonance mode of a shell 2, a working contact surface part 18 is forced to press contact with a resonance belly part 20 through oil 22. The fulcrum fixing part 16 and the working contact surface part 18 reduce the occurrence of noise by adding a baffle plate 19, coupled by a coupling vibration part 17, to the shell 2.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve volumetric efficiency, to surely and easily mount a suction muffler and to improve workability, in a sealed electric motor-driven compressor mounted in an electric refrigerator or the like. SOLUTION: In this sealed electric motor-driven compressor, an almost circular lock part 12a of a spring 12 is inserted through an oil capillary 11 into a groove part 9a of a communication pipe 9 molded by a material of low heat conductivity of a synthetic resin or the like, the communication pipe 9 of a suction muffler 8 is inserted to the insertion hole 4a of a cylinder head 4, and linear lock parts 12b of the spring 12 are locked to groove parts 4b by sliding on slope parts 4c of the cylinder head 4, so as to fix the cylinder head 4 and the suction muffler 8. In this way, the suction muffler 8 can be surely and easily mounted while volumetric efficiency is improved.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce closing delay of a delivery lead valve, by making easy separating of the delivery lead valve from the contact surface of a stopper by forming a groove in a contact surface between the stopper and the delivery lead valve. SOLUTION: A plurality of grooves 16 which cross each other are formed on a contact surface between a stopper 15 and a delivery lead valve 10 using a die of a die-cast. In a compressing process, the stopper 15 presses the delivery lead valve 10, and the delivery lead valve is adhered on the stopper 15 through a lubricating oil on their contact surface. A refrigerant gas in a delivery chamber enters crossed grooves 16, therefore, an oil film of the lubricating oil for adhesion is broken, the oil film on the contact surface is easy to be cut, the delivery lead valve 10 separates from the stopper 15, and a delivery hole 17 is sealed. Thus, closing delay of a delivery lead valve 10 is reduced, the period when a high-pressure refrigerant gas in the delivery chamber flows back into a cylinder is decreased, and decrease of volume efficiency can be reduced.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noises of a closed type motor-driven compressor for use in a household refrigerator or the like by reducing the vibration of the closing case of the compressor. SOLUTION: The closing case 2 formed of a plurality of curved surfaces for storing a motor-driven compressing element 8 includes a different curved surface 23 formed on the ridge 21 of the curved surface 22 to divide the resonance peak of the curved surface 22 and reduce a resonance peak level so as to reduce the vibration of the closing case 2 and the noises of the compressor.
