Abstract: PURPOSE:To raise an efficiency of a refrigerator by raising a cooling characteristic of a plate type condenser. CONSTITUTION:A duct 17 guiding and introducing an air executing an inflow from front air suction openings 27 of a refrigerator body 11 to an air suction side of a machine room where a compressor and a blower 13 are set in an inside, is set, and an inside of this duct 17 is partitioned to an upper side and a lower side by a plate type condenser 19, and a plurality of air holes 22 are formed through a plate 20 of the place type condenser 19. Besides, the suction holes 27 are positioned toward a front direction of the lower space 24 of duct 17, and further, a rear side of the upper space 23 of the duct 17 is made to communicate with an air inflow opening 15 of a machine room.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent an adhering surface of a container from being warped by a method wherein two or more filling members of open cell foamed material are applied in a pressure reduced thermal insulation pack such as a refrigerator, and gettering agent is arranged on the connected surface between the two filling members so as to be crossed with each other. CONSTITUTION: A pressure reduced thermal insulation pack 6 is constructed such that open cell urethane foams 3a, 3b are stored in a container 7 formed by a laminate film of plastic and metal and then a gettering agent pack 8 of active carbon is arranged to be crossed on their connected surface 5. Then, an adhesion surface 7a of the container 7 is a surface opposite to the storing section of the gettering agent pack 8, although the gettering agent pack 8 is crossed on the connected surface 5 of the open cell foamed members 3a, 3b and when the pressure of the container 7 is reduced, the gettering agent pack 8 is closely contacted with it to increase its strength, resulting in that a degree of flatness can be assured without being influenced by a warping of the filled material.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the heat transfer to the upper part of a cooler upon defrosting, normalize the operation of a defrosting finishing detecting device and smooth the defrosting performance of the cooler by a method wherein a roof member is provided above a pyrolysis catalyst, heated intermittently by a heater, while the shape of one side of the roof member is contracted. CONSTITUTION:The shape of one side 20a of a roof member 20 positioned immediately below a defrosting finishing detecting device 8 provided above a cooler 6 is contracted. When a heater 14 generates heat upon defrosting, a pyrolysis catalyst 21 is heated whereby the adsorbing function of the catalyst 21 is reproduced while the shape of one side 20a of the roof member 20 is contracted whereby heat transfer to the cooler 6, positioned immediately above the same, is improved and the operation of the defrosting finishing detecting device 8 is normalized. Even when frost, adhered to the cooler 6 and the like, is melted and drops as water drips, the water drips will never drop on the heater 14.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the heat dissipating effect of a compressor and obtain a casing for a refrigerator, having a shallow depth, by a method wherein a condenser and the compressor in a machine chamber at the bottom of the main body of a refrigerator are arranged left-and-right and are provided with an independent air suction port respectively. CONSTITUTION:A compressor 7 and a condenser 8 are arranged left-and-right in a machine chamber 26 at the bottom part 25 of the main body 21 of a refrigerator. The opening of the front surface of the machine chamber 26 is provided with a suction port 27 for the compressor 7 and the suction port 28 for the condenser 8 independently and respectively. An air discharging port 30 is provided on a rear surface cover 29. In such a constitution, air with a room temperature or a comparatively low temperature flows into the suction port 27 for the compressor 7 and the suction port 28 for the condenser 8 and flows to the upper part of the rear surface 31 of the main body 21 of the refrigerator from the air discharging port 30 on the rear surface cover 29 through the compressor 7 and the condenser 8 whereby heat dissipating effect may be improved. On the other hand, the depth B of the main body 21 of the refrigerator becomes shallow whereby the insertion and withdrawal of foods may be simplified and the handling convenience of the refrigerator may be improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To effect normal cooling effect and restrain the amount of leakage of the heat of a dewing preventing pipe into the case of a refrigerator, by a method wherein several pipes of a built-in auxiliary condenser are arranged on the side surface of an outer casing and heat conduction sealer is poured around the pipes, then, the pipes are fixed by aluminum foils. CONSTITUTION:Most of auxiliary condenser pipe 20 is adhered to and arranged on the rear surface of the side surface 2b of the outer casing 2 of a refrigerator main body 1 through heat conduction sealer 21 and a heat conductive member such as aluminum foils 22 or the like while a part of the pipe 20 is arranged on the peripheral rim of the opening of the main body 1 as a dewing preventing pipe 20a. High-temperature refrigerant gas from a compressor 12 is introduced into a main condenser pipe 5 and the auxiliary condenser pipe 20 and the heat thereof is dissipated to the outside of the refrigerator through both side surfaces 2b of the outer casing 2 of the main body 1. The number of rows of the auxiliary condenser pipe 20 is small and heat dissipating effect is obtained by the heat conduction sealer 21 and the heat conductive members such as the aluminum foils 22 and the like, therefore, the leakage of heat toward an inner casing 3 through a heat insulating member 4 is very small whereby cooling effect and heat dissipating effect are effected normally. On the other hand, a dewing preventing pipe 20a is arranged on the peripheral rim of the opening of the refrigerator main body 1 and heats the peripheral rim to prevent it from dewing, however, it is arranged on the inside flange 23 of the outer casing 2, therefore, useless leakage of heat into the refrigerator may be reduced.
