CONSTITUTION:A valve device comprises a plate 31 formed on a plate and a buffering material 32 formed of fluororesin which is brought into close contact with the plate 31 during closing of a delivery reed valve 9 and with which the end surface part of the plate 3 is coated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve both reliability and performance of a rotary compressor by constituting at least one of the vane and roller of a whisker reinforced metal composite material compositely reinforced by ZnO whiskers. CONSTITUTION:Both members of a roller 10 and vane 11 are constituted of a whisker reinforced metal composite material compositely reinforced with ZnO whiskers. The ZnO whiskers 15 of composite reinforcement are tetrapod- shaped single crystals. Metals applied to a matrix and alloys of aluminum, magnesium, titanium, etc. The ZnO whisker reinforced composite metal improves remarkably the mechanical strength and antiwear property with the uniform dispersion of ZnO whiskers in addition to the proper lightness of aluminum alloy, while providing the same coefficient of linear expansion as that of cast iron. Further, since the ZnO whisker is the wedge-shaped and tetrapod-like single crystal, the structure after press casting and solidification becomes one uniform in the three dimensional directions so that phenomena such as abnormal wear and defective slide accompanying the component segregation do not take place.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To assure a sealing characteristic, perform a positive keeping of a distance between a high pressure side and a low pressure side and further enable a function of a power element to be carried out by a method wherein an end surface of a third valve seat is provided with an annular groove, an annular resilient seal ring of which part is projected from the end surface is pushed into the groove. CONSTITUTION:A third valve seat 22 to be opened or closed by a first leaf valve 13 is provided, an end surface of the first leaf valve 13 is formed with an annular groove 23 having a substantial U-shaped section, an annular resilient seal ring 24 is pushed into the annular groove 23 to have such a depth as one slightly projected from an end surface of the valve seat surface 22. Some fine dusts passed through a filter A25 and a filter B26 are absorbed under a resilient deformation of the resilient seal ring 24, so that a sealing characteristic of the third valve device is assured. During operation of a rotary compressor 2, refrigerant of high pressure and high temperature is stopped at a valve device 6 and a second valve device 7. third valve device 9 is not slightly influenced by some fine dusts during a freezing cycle and then a positive sealing between the high pressure and the low pressure is assured, resulting in that an expensive power element is eliminated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress the temperature of a suction pipe from being increased to increase volume efficiency of a compressor by forming the suction pipe, communicating to the low pressure chamber of a compression element, of a material with small heat conductivity, and applying a cupper plating to the refrigerating system side top end of the suction pipe. CONSTITUTION:A stator 2 and a rotor-side housing 3 are fixed in a closed container 1, and a crankshaft 5, at the one end of which a rotor 4 is fixed, is provided in the stator 2 in the same axis as a cylinder 6. Also, a roller 7 is mounted rotatably at the eccentric portion of the crankshaft 5, and a compression element 11 is composed of the roller, housings 3 and 8 choking both end surfaces of the cylinder 6, and a vane 10 separating a compression chamber 9 coming in contact with the outer periphery of the roller 7. In this case, a suction pipe 16 is formed of a material with small heat conductivity such as stainless steel, etc., and the one end of it is pressed into the communicating hole 13 of the housing 8 at a position opposite to the rotor. The refrigerating system side top end 16a of the closed container 1 is plated with cupper.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the area of an opening to a low pressure chamber to a value higher than the sectional area of a communicating groove, to reduce incurring of the pressure loss of a refrigerant, to increase a real cylinder volume, and to improve freezing capacity by a method wherein a communicating groove for intercommunicating an opening hole and a compression chamber forms a structure in which the communication groove is inclined in the direction of a vane based on the center of a shaft. CONSTITUTION:An opening hole 50 is formed in a cylinder 9 on the extension of a suction pipe, and a communicating groove 51 for intercommunicating the opening hole 50 and a low pressure chamber 9a is formed. A refrigerant sucked through an opening hole 50 by rolling of a roller 10 flows through the intercommunicating groove 51, and is guided to the low pressure chamber 9a for continuous compression. Thus, since, when a refrigerant passes through the communicating groove 51, width W2 of an opening to the low pressure chamber 9a is increased to a value higher than width W1 of the communicating groove 51, incurring of a pressure loss is reduced. Further, since the communicating groove 51 is inclined in the direction of a vane 11 based on the center of a shaft 7, a compressor which is reduced in a compression starting angle thetas and increased in a real cylinder volume and high in freezing capacity is provided.
