Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility of ignition of a combustible refrigerant due to the temperature of the heater wire constituting a defrosting means exceeding the ignition temperature of the combustible refrigerant, when the defrosting action is performed under the environment where the combustible refrigerant has leaked to the section communicating with the interior of a refrigerator. SOLUTION: In a defrosting means 18 which is composed of a heater wire 23 consisting of a metallic resistor wound spirally and a glass tube 22 covering the heater wire 23, the glass tube 22 and the heater wire 23 are disposed in contact with each other, and the sectional form of the heater wire 23 is flat along the inner surface, thus this refrigerator has an enhanced heat radiation property from the heater wire 23 to outside, and also the temperature rise of the heater wire 23 itself is suppressed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the firing risk of flammable refrigerant even if defrosting is carried out under such an environment as the flammable refrigerant leaked into the atmosphere where a refrigerator is installed by setting the temperature of a defrosting means lower than the firing temperature of the flammable refrigerant. SOLUTION: The evaporator 10 in a refrigeration cycle is cooled through operation of a compressor and the air in a refrigerator ventilates the evaporator 10. The chill subjected to heat exchange with the evaporator 10 is then delivered into the refrigerator. Upon elapsing an arbitrary operating time of a compressor 19, a defrosting means 18 is operated. The defrosting means 18 is heated at a temperature lower than the firing point of flammable refrigerant used in the refrigeration cycle to defrost the evaporator 10 thus preventing uncooled state in the refrigerator due to frosting periodically. Risk of firing is lowered even if the flammable refrigerant in the refrigeration cycle is leaked into the compartment of the refrigerator because the temperature of the defrosting means 18 is lower than the firing point of flammable refrigerant used in the refrigeration cycle.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent insufficient cooling of a condenser by removing dust adhered to the condenser or the like, in a refrigerator having a duct provided at the bottom of a body with the condenser. SOLUTION: A refrigerator body 1 is provided at its bottom with a duct 2 having a front opening part 7 and a back opening part 9 and provided at its internal part with a condenser 13, a machine room 3 provided at its internal part with a compressor 5 and an vaporization tray 14, a fan 6, and an auxiliary fan 12. The fan 6 is run, the condenser 13 and the compressor 5 are cooled, the auxiliary fan 12 is run during a stop of the fan 6, and air is caused to flow in a reverse direction during running of the fan 6. This constitution removes dust, adhered to the condenser 13, through operation of the auxiliary fan 12, and maintains cooling capacity of a refrigerator in an optimum state.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the wear of an outer circumference of a roller piston due to shortage of the lubricating oil by opening an oil feed valve provided between an opening part in the lubricating oil in an oil feed pipe and an opening part on a suction pipe side in an interlocking manner with a defrosting detecting means to feed the lubricating oil even when the lubricating oil on the outer circumference of the roller piston is washed away. SOLUTION: In a cooling system of a refrigerator, when a compressor 1 is operated for some time, an evaporator 20 is frosted, and the frost is removed by heating the evaporator 20 by a defrosting device 21. When a defrosting means 22 detects the start of the compressor 1 next to the action signal of the defrosting device 21, an oil feed valve 23 is opened. The lubricating oil 12 of high pressure in an enclosed casing 2 flows into a suction chamber in a cylinder of low pressure passing a suction pipe 13 and a suction passage through an oil feed pipe 24, and lubricates the outer circumference of the roller piston 6. When the oil feed valve 23 is opened, a closing command delaying means 25 detects the open signal, and the oil feed valve 23 is closed after the prescribed period of time.

CONSTITUTION: A refrigerating circuit has a compressor 1, a condenser 2, a pressure reducing unit 3, an evaporator 4, a suction tube 5 and an accumulator 6, and an inlet valve 10 provided between the accumulator 6 and the evaporator 4. The valve 10 is closed by a close signal output when the stop of the compressor 1 is detected by an inlet close signal outputting unit 11, and opened by an open signal output when the start of the compressor 1 is detected by an inlet open signal outputting unit 12. An outlet valve 13 is provided between the accumulator 6 and the tube 5, and the valve 13 is opened by the open signal output after a predetermined time is elapsed when the start of the compressor 1 is detected by an outlet open signal outputting unit 16.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To improve oil film forming capacity, and prevent abrasion on a sliding part by providing a rotatable cylinder bearing in which a cylinder shaft is inserted, and a movable cylinder which is formed integratedly with the cylinder bearing and which is moved around the cylinder shaft. CONSTITUTION: When a compressor is operated and a crank shaft 4 is rotated, an eccentric part 11 is also rotated in compliance therewith, and the piston part 24a of a connecting rod 24 with a piston is performed reciprocating motion against a movable cylinder 23 by the eccentric part 11 so as to compress refrigerant. At this time, the movable cylinder 23 is performed oscillating motion around a cylinder shaft 22 following with oscillating motion of the piston part 24a, and thereby the piston part 24a and the movable cylinder 23 are oscillated smoothly. Oscillating motion is supported in condition in which bearing pressure is reduced such as the cylinder shaft 22 and a cylinder bearing 20. It is thus possible to prevent lubricating failure in the sliding part and metal contact which is caused by oil film shortage, and also it is possible to suppress abrasion.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a danger of combustion, generated when a frost removing operation of a frost remover, using a frost removing heater, is carried out under an environment that a flammable coolant is leaked, at the refrigeration cycle using the flammable coolant. SOLUTION: A frost removing heater, having a spiral heater wire in a glass tube, is used as a frost removing means 18, removing the frost deposited on an evaporator 10 of refrigeration cycle using a flammable coolant, and the heat value per unit area, which is the heat value of the spiral heater wire divided by the surface area of the same, is made 2.5 W/cm2 or less, and the heat value, divided by the volume of the area surrounded by the length and outer diameter of the spiral part, is made 8.5 W/cm3, and the pitch of the spiral is made 2 mm or more, thus, the temperature at the frost removing means 18 is reduced so as to become lower than ignition point of the flammable coolant.
