SOLUTION: This system comprises a water drying device 23 which is installed in a waste producing place 22 or a garbage accumulation place 24 and removes and dries chlorides contained in wastes 21 composed mainly of water-containing organic substances, a waste collecting vehicle 27 for transporting dried wastes 25 with their chlorides removed to the waste treating plant 28 without mixing with other wastes, the dried wastes 25 being dried and collected in a predetermined area of the garbage accumulation place 24, a waste treating device 29 in which the dried wastes 25 transported to the waste treating plant 28 are treated to generate electric energy, a storage means 32 for a power load which stores the generated electric power, and an electric power supply means 33 for supplying electric power stored in the storage means 32 to an electric company 34 through a transmission line during a time zone in daytime in which electric power demand for the electric company 34 reaches a peak. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly propagate flame even when a combustible refrigerant reaches a firing temperature and is fired and to decrease the possibility for combustion and explosion to occur. SOLUTION: 31 is taken as a defrosting heat-exchanger, 32 is taken as a heating type defrosting device for a refrigerator to defrost frost adhered to the defrosting heat-exchanger 31 and its periphery, 23 is taken as a heater wire, 24 is taken as a protection pipe, and 33 is taken as a support inner pipe formed of ceramic and a metal. By positioning the heater wire 23 in a very narrow space between the protection pipe 24 and the support inner pipe 33, flame is hardly propagated even when a combustible refrigerant reaches a firing temperature and firing occurs, and the possibility for combustion and explosion to occur is decreased.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let cooling air flow into a condenser efficiently to promote cooling, by providing a fan which forcibly cools the condenser which is placed inside a duct, and by making the gap between the duct and the condenser narrower than the fin pitch of the condenser. SOLUTION: A machinery room 12 is partitioned by a partitioning wall 3 and a rear face cover and provided at the lower part of a refrigerator 1. In the machinery room 12, a compressor 5, an evaporating dish 14, and a cooling fan 6 are installed. When the cooling fan 6 is operated, outside air from a suction opening 17 cools down a condenser 16 of a suction duct 15, flows into the machinery room 12 from an ejection hole 24, cools down the compressor 5 via the evaporating dish 14 and the cooling fan 6, and is discharged outside the refrigerator from a discharge opening 13. Since the gap between the suction duct 15 and the condenser 16 is made narrower than the fin pitch of the condenser 16, the flow of the outside air of the suction duct 15 flows into the condenser 16 without diverting to the gap. As a result, most of the outside air which has flown in from the suction opening 17 can flow into the condenser 16, and efficient cooling of the condenser is permitted.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the decrease of the quantity of the flowing-in outer air from the inlet hole of a duct and to prevent the shortage of condensing capacity to be caused by the decrease of the cooling efficiency of a condenser by removing dust adhered to the inlet hole and the condenser automatically together with the opening and closing of a drawer type door. SOLUTION: Outer air enters from the inlet hole 7 of a duct 2 passing through a decorative cover 12 by the operation a fan installed to the inside of a machine room 3, the outer air which has entered inside the duct 2 heat exchanges with a condenser 13 inside the duct 2 and the dust entering together with the outer air by ventilation adheres to the intake hole 7 and the upstream side of the condenser 13. The temperature of a refrigerating compartment 10 is lower than the outer air temperature so that the outer air flows in when the drawer type door 11 is opened and cold air flows out when the door 11 is closed compressing the refrigerating compartment 10. The pulsation of the air-flow between the outer air and the refrigerating compartment 10 caused by the opening and closing of the door 11 is conducted to the inlet hole 7 of the duct 2 and the condenser 13 and removes the dust adhered to them.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable oil to be easily returned back to a compressor by a method wherein an evaporator and a header are heated, a temperature of the evaporator is detected, and an oil returning is carried out for controlling a low temperature part-heating means and a compressor by applying a sensing output of an evaporator temperature heating means. SOLUTION: During operation of a compressor 1, a temperature of an evaporator 4 or a header 5 is decreased, and reaches a predetermined temeprature. Then, an evaporator temperature sensing means 10 detects that the temperature is less than a predetermined temperature and outputs it to an oil returning control means 11. The oil returning control means 11 outputs a signal to the low temperature part heating means 9 under a state in which the compressor 1 is being operated. The low temperature part heating means 9 starts to heat the evaporator 4 and the header 5 and further starts an oil returning operation. Temperatures of the evaporator 4 and the header 5 are started to increase and reach a predetermined second temperature. Freezer oil 7 stagnating at the low temperature part is improved in its flowability due to a reduction in viscosity as its temperature is increased and it is returned back to the compressor 1.
