    Abstract: PURPOSE:To mount easily in a manufacturing process surface material of a refrigerator door having many kinds of variations by pasting a multilayer panel of synthetic resin on front faces of a frame and an outer plate and pressing the multilayer panel with a cover. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerator door is constituted of an outer plate 1, an inner plate 2, a frame 3 to arrange both the plates 1 and 2, a multilayer panel 4 of synthetic resin mounted all over surfaces of the frame 3 and the outer plate, a cover 6 which covers an end surface of the multilayer panel 4 adjacent the frame 3 and has projections 5 to engage with the frame 3, and foamed heat insulating material 7 filled between the both plates 1 and 2.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent freezing of water and the occurrence of bedewing at the front of a guide part by providing a partition body entering a chamber and rotated along with closing operation of a first door, and a heat conduction body making contact with a part of the inner surface side of a guide part and a part of a radiation pipe for preventing sweating located on the inner side of the edge part of an opening and transmitting the heat of the radiation pipe to the guide part. CONSTITUTION:A heat conduction body 23 is located so as to make contact with a radiation pipe 15 and an inner surface 8B of a guide part, and the heat conduction part 23 performs a role to transfer the heat of the radiation pipe 15 to a guide part 8. Thereby, an upper part surface 8D and a front part surface 8C are heated. Since the guide part 8 is heated by the heat of the radiation pipe 15 through the heat conduction body 23, even when temperature in a chamber is low (0 deg.C or less), water 24 entering a gap between the guide part 8 and a molded product 10 forming a partition body 9 and having a semicircular groove is prevented from freezing, and dewing is prevented from occurring to a surface 8C, on the outside of a chamber, of the guide part.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to prevent the penetration of dew drops on a transparent window and an outer board for a long time by forming a span adjustment spacer with soft plastics mixed with an absorbent on a door body and further installing a penetration hole to be communicated with a transparent glass sheet to a fixing frame, and compounding an absorbent into a foamed urethane insulation material. CONSTITUTION:Absorbents 10 are compounded and dispersed into a foamed urethane insulation material 8 by 1 to 20 wt.%. The absorbents include synthetic zeolite having a strong absorption with water, activated charcoal, and CaCl2 and the like. At the same time, a soft plastic material mixed with the absorbents 10 is used to form a span adjustment spacer 3 while a large number of through holes 2a are bored on a fixing frame 2. A transparent glass sheet 1, an outer periphery of the span adjustment space 3 and the insulation material 8 are communicated with each other while an opening section 6a of an inner sheet 6 is fitted into a mounting groove 2b formed in the fixing frame 2. In the door body as specified above, the moisture which tries to penetrate an enclose space 4 is absorbed by the absorbents 10 in the spacer 3. Then, the absorbent 10 dispersed in the insulation material 8 prevents the penetration of the moisture into the enclosed space 4. It is, therefore, possible to prevent the generation of dew drops in the enclosed space 4 and the outside board 5 as well.

Simultaneously, first and second timer devices are operated and the heating device 28 is turned off from the time when the integration time of the first timer device ends to the time when the integration time of the second timer device ends, thus preventing a local part from being heated continuously for a long time even if food is in contact with an area near the heating device 28 and increasing a room temperature to a set temperature while maintaining a uniform temperature.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent condensation on the inner surface of an internal decorative panel and eliminate the use of a sealing material by providing a gap between an inner plate in contact with a fixing frame for mounting a double-layered glass and the internal decorative panel such that water vapor in the fixing frame is movable in a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:An internal decorative panel 17 includes a protruded portion 18 around a hole for insertion of a fixing pin 14, the protruded portion serving to keep a gap 19 between an inner plate 9 and the internal decorative panel 17. More specifically, the gap 19 is adapted to be kept at all times even if the internal decorative panel 17 is fixed to a fixing frame 6 with the fixing pin 14. That is, high temperature water vapor flowing in from the outside of a refrigerator door passes through into the interior of the refrigerator through the gap 19. Accordingly, no condensation is produced on the internal surface of the internal decorative panel 17, and hence complete sealing of a transparent glass 1 of a double layered glass 4 located on the inside of the refrigerator and the fixing frame 5 with a sealing material 15, can be omitted.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent condensation by raising surface temperature of a laminating fixing frame of an outer plate by providing a door constructed with a heat insulation plate comprising the laminating fixing frame having U-shaped grooves at upper and lower four corners, and an aluminum foil heater around a notched hole in the back of the other plate. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum foil heater 12 is formed with an aluminum foil 13 and a heater cord 14, and stuck to the periphery of a notched hole 5 formed in the back of an outer plate 6. A U-shaped groove 15 is provided in upper and lower portions of a laminating fixing frame 2, into which a cut piece 16 of the outer plate 6 and a cut piece 17 of an inner plate 8 are inserted repeatedly to fix a heat insulation plate 18 comprising a transparent glass 1 and an interval adjusting spacer 3. The refrigerator door formed as above is insulated from heat by a foamed urethane heat insulating material 10 and the heat insulation plate 18. Further, for the heat insulation plate 18 the interior of the refrigerator can be observed through the glass plate 1. Furthermore, for the inner plate 8 and the laminating fixing frame 2 it is inserted and fixed through the U-shaped grooves 15 and hence there is no leakage of the foamed urethane heat insulating material 10.
