    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the manufacture of a laminated product of a stator for a stepping motor by which the productivity of the laminated product of a stator for a stepping motor and the performance and the quality of a motor can be increased. CONSTITUTION:A necessary shaping work for forming an iron core piece 31 with a ring-like binder 36 for interconnecting the tip parts of each small tooth 35 of plural pole teeth 34 left is performed to form an arc-like half-punched part (Metal compositions make contact with each other in part) with a shaping base left in the end surface of the tip part of each small tooth 35. Further, after the cross-section of the tip part of each small tooth 35 formed by shaping work to remove a binder, the work of forming the end surface of the outer circumference of a yoke part 33 is performed to form the iron core piece of a single stator and at the same time the iron core piece is constituted by fixedly laminating by the necessary number of sheets or the necessary thickness in sequence.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method for the core piece for a motor, wherein the inner cut surface of the core piece of a stator is relatively uniform, the magnetic characteristics are excellent and the manufacturing process is relatively easy. CONSTITUTION:A rotor core piece 14, wherein a plurality of pole teeth are formed around the core piece, and a starot core piece 20, wherein the inner diameter is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the rotor core piece 14 and has a plurality of pole teeth in which a plurality of small teeth are formed at the inner surface are provided, are sequentially molded from a continuous strip member 10 in the this manufacturing method for the core piece for a motor. After the rotor core piece 14 is punched, a shaving part is provided at the inner surface of the stator core piece 20, and circular semi-punching is performed. Thereafter, the small teeth are created by the punching at the inner side of the stator core piece and press machining including shaving.

And similarly the formation of four gaps are performed at the positions different from the positions of the gap punching between the rotor and the stator and the gaps, and then a dividing line 41 is made between it and the outer yoke iron core piece 40, and first to third magnetic pole iron core pieces are punched in to a lower blanking die. Next, the yoke iron core piece 40 is cut off, and is punched into the lower blanking die, so that upper and lower magnetic iron pieces are bound.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated core which is free from disturbance of a flow of a flux and has excellent characteristics by a method wherein, when the core is manufactured by punching out rotor core segments and stator core segments from the same metal sheet, pole teeth of coarsely punched stator core segments are extended stably into hollow parts formed by punching out rotor core segments by pressing, allowances for punching pole tooth tip ends, of which the inner formes of the stator core segments are composed, are secured sufficiently, punching can be practiced without trouble even if gaps between the stator core segments and the rotor core segments are small and a variation in unevenness of plate surfaces caused by pressing is small. SOLUTION: Rotor core segments are punched out from metal sheets and laminated. Pole teeth 7 of stator core segments are coarsely punched out from the metal sheets from which the rotor core segments are punched out beforehand. Pluralities of different positions of the respective pole teeth 7 are pressed to make the thicknesses 10 and 11 thin so as to extend toward the punched sides of the rotor core segments. Then pole tooth tip ends 8, of which the inner forms of the stator core segments are composed, are formed by punching, the outer formes of the stator core segments are formed by punching and the stator core segments are laminated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To suppress stagnation of inner residual strain by fitting a protrusion in a recess at the laminated pole core part and welding the joint while pressing the fitted core part in the inside diametral direction thereby forming a stator. CONSTITUTION: The stator 11 for electric rotating machine comprises an annular laminated yoke core part 10, and a required number of laminated pole core parts 13 applied with a conductor coil 12. When a laminated yoke core 18 is bent annularly around a coupling piece 14 to form a laminated yoke core part 13, the nearly sectional fitting protrusion 20 of a pole core piece 19 constituting the laminated yoke core part 13 is fitted in a wedge-shaped fitting recess 15 formed at the end part of a partial yoke core piece 16 and enlarged radially by means of the partial fitting recesses 15a, 15b. Consequently, assembling work of stator using the laminated yoke core part and the laminated pole core part, as compositional members, can be simplified to enhance the workability significantly and the productivity can be enhanced by automating the assembling work.
