    Abstract: A method of producing iron cores by punching out rotor iron core pieces and stator iron core pieces from one and the same thin metal sheet and laminating them, wherein the pole teeth of roughly punched-out stator iron core pieces are subjected to stable drawing by pressing on side of voids left by punching out the rotor iron core pieces, securing a sufficient punching allowance for punching out the front ends of the pole teeth on the inner diameter side of the stator iron core pieces to ensure trouble-free punching even when the gap between the stator and rotor iron core pieces is small, the laminated iron cores having little sheet surface unevenness which is due to pressing and having superior characteristics causing no disturbance in the flow of flux. The method comprises the steps of punching out rotor iron core pieces from a thin metal sheet and laminating them, roughly punching out the pole teeth (7) of the stator iron core pieces from the thin metal sheet from which the rotor pieces have been punched out, thinning the pole teeth (7) by pressing it at a plurality of positions, drawing the material to the punched-out side of the rotor iron core piece so as to form thin regions (10, 11), punching out the front ends (8) of the pole teeth constituting the inner diameter side of the stator iron core pieces, and punching out the outer shape of the stator iron core pieces and laminating them.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a laminated core for stator which facilitates mounting a high density coil onto a laminated pole core and the manufacture of a stator. CONSTITUTION: Recesses 18 are made, at a constant space, in the inner circumference of an annular yoke core piece 11 constituting a laminated yoke core 110. Protrusions 20 at the root of a pole core piece 13 constituting a laminated pole core 130 are then fitted in the recesses 18 to produce a laminated core piece 14 for stator and a plurality of core pieces 14 are laminated to produce a laminated core 10 for stator. In such laminated core 10 for stator, the yoke core piece 11 comprises a large number of arcuate partial yoke core pieces 17 coupled through bendable coupling pieces such that they can be assembled annularly. The partial fitting recess 18a of the recess 18 is made at the inner end of each partial yoke core piece 17 on the coupling piece side.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a stator upon coupling a magnetic pole piece with a stator yoke by a method wherein dammy parts are preformed on the constituting element of a stator upon sizing while the stator yoke and the magnetic pole piece, which are formed by lamination respectively, are coupled through grooves formed by the dammy parts. CONSTITUTION:Dammy parts 5a are formed on the constituting element of a stator yoke 4 simultaneously with the sizing of the constituting element of the stator yoke 4 and the constituting element of a magnetic pole piece 2. The dammy parts 5a are formed larger than respective separating parts 5b between the constituting element of the stator yoke 4 and the same of the magnetic pole piece 2. The sized constituting elements of the stator yoke 4 and the sized constituting elements of the magnetic pole piece 2 are laminated respectively to form a stator yoke 4 and a magnetic pole piece 2 separately. Thereafter, windings are wound around the magnetic pole piece 2 and the magnetic pole piece 2 is fitted to and integrated with the stator yoke 4 through the grooves formed by the dammy parts 5a. According to this method, unreasonable stress will never be concentrated to the coupling parts between the stator yoke 4 and the magnetic pole piece 2 whereby the deformation of the stator may be avoided.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the manufacture of a laminated iron core which is low in manufacturing cost and in which a rotor piece is formed by the use of an inside diameter area where the rotor storing hole of a stator piece is formed. CONSTITUTION:In a first process, the rotor piece is formed by punching in a prescribed outer circumferential shape from the inside diameter area in the stator piece 100; in a second process, the stator piece is pressurized in the thickness direction and an inner circumferential part 100i is pushed out in the inner radial direction; and in a third process, the inner circumferential edge part of the stator piece is formed by punching in the prescribed shape over the entire circumference in order to form the rotor storing hole 101. Also, in the first process, the rotor piece punched out of the stator piece is pressurized in the thickness direction; the outer circumferential edge part is pushed out in the outer radial direction; and then the outer circumferential edge part is formed by punching in the prescribed shape over the entire circumference.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a laminated core for the stator of a motor, wherein any special jig is not required, and respective laminated magnetic pole core parts are supported at predetermined spaces, and further, its winding work and its pressing work are easy too. CONSTITUTION:A laminated core for the stator of a motor comprises a laminated yoke core section 26 and a laminated magnetic pole core section 24. The laminated yoke core section 26 is constructed by laminating in succession yoke core pieces, on whose inner sides provided are a number of mounting grooves 27, as joining the pieces to each other with protrusions for caulking. The laminated magnetic pole core section 24 is constructed by laminating in succession magnetic pole core pieces, wherein on their inner sides formed are a plurality of magnetic poles divided into groups not less than two and the adjacent magnetic poles to each other are partially in connection with each other, as joining the pieces to each other with the protrusions for caulking. Outer side parts 28 of the laminated magnetic pole core section 24 are mounted in the mounting grooves 27 of the laminated yoke core section 26. Further, the laminated magnetic pole core section 24 comprises a principal part 20 and connection magnetic pole parts 23, 22. In the principal part 20, the groups of the magnetic poles are formed by laminating the magnetic pole core pieces in succession, and between the respective groups, gaps 21 are provided. The connection magnetic pole parts 23, 22 are fastened on the top face and the undersurface of the principal part 20, and they are lamination-joined to the principal part 20 by shifting the phases of the gaps in their circumferential directions respectively.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To uniformly and efficiently heat a lead frame in order to enhance reliability thereof by pressing a heating plate made from a ferromagnetic material against a predetermined position of the subject to be heated after shaping the lead frame by means of press working or etching process. CONSTITUTION:A press plate 6 is moved toward a heating plate 4 serving as a heating means, so that the area of a lead frame F other than side rail portions is heated while being pressed. A second cooling plate 20b is moved toward a first cooling plate 20a so that the heated area of the lead frame F is cooled while being pressed. The lead frame F is thus heated by means of pressing of the heating plate 4 made from a ferromagnetic material against a predetermined position of the subject F to be heated after the lead frame F is shaped by press working or etching process. Thereby the lead frame is uniformly and efficiently heated and the end of each inner lead is prevented from being out of position, so as to enhance reliability of the lead frame.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate chip packing, avoid the occurrences of rupture and enhance the productivity of a laminated core for stepping motors by leaving a cutting margin on an annular coupling piece for coupling together the tips of a plurality of magnetic poles, and performing cutting operation to form cross sections of the tips of the magnetic pole small teeth. SOLUTION: A cutting margin 25 which is not less than 0.005 mm and not more than 0.05 mm is left at the end faces of the tips of the magnetic pole small teeth 21 formed at the tips of magnetic poles 18, or at the end faces of the outline of the magnetic pole small teeth 21 containing the end faces of the tips of the magnetic pole small teeth 21 within an area of an annular coupling piece 19 unpunched, so that it couples together the tips of magnetic poles 18 protruded inwardly from the yoke of a laminated core for stators. Thereafter, stamping is performed to remove the annular coupling piece 19 containing the cutting margin 25. As a result, smooth faces are formed at the end faces of the tips of the magnetic pole small teeth 21 or at the end faces of the outline of the magnetic pole small teeth 21 which contain the end faces of the tips of the magnetic pole small teeth 21 and further the magnetic pole small teeth 21 are separated from one another.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method of manufacturing a layer-built pole core for a stator, wherein a linked pole core member which is the intermediate state of pole core pieces and made by using a low cost cold rolled thin sheet for layer-building is partially heated to improve the workability of a heat treatment. SOLUTION: A shape-forming process, in which a linked pole core member 16 having annular linking parts 15a linking tips of respective pole teeth 14 of pole core pieces 26 is manufactured from stripe sheet material 10, a partial heat treatment process in which the linked pole core member 16 is conveyed intermittently into a heat treatment furnace, and the magnetic characteristic of a portion around slots, including the pole teeth 14, are improved by high-frequency induction heating coils 17 and 18 which are provided on the surface and rear sides of the member 16 at positions corresponding to a plurality of the pole teeth 14 arranged in a circle. A separation process in which the tip parts of the respective pole teeth 14 are separated and the annular linking parts 15a are removed, a layer-building process in which the outline shapes of the pole core pieces 26 are formed by punching, and a required number of the punched core pieces 26 are piled up successively are provided.
