    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the reduction of dynamic range and the distortion of waveform and thus enhance the characteristics, by securing a follow-up of the DC level to the input signal level with a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:The cold end sides of the divided capacitors Cb1', Cb3'... are connected to each other; and the cold end sides of the other capacitors Cb1'', Cb3''... are connected to the terminal 7. The emitters of the complementary transistor 31 and 32 are connected to each other, and this connection point is connected to the connection point of the capacitor Cb1', Cb3' and so on. The oscillator 13 is connected to the bases of transistors 31 and 32 each. The collector of the transistor 31 is connected to the power supply terminal, and the collector of the transistor 32 is connected to the collector and the base of the transistor 34 of the current Miller circuit M3. Then the base of the transistor 36 of the output side is connected to the base of the transistor 34. And the output terminal 38 is led from the transistor 36.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a transversal filter having a reduced effect of variance, by dividing the capacities of plural stages of a charge transfer element according to the sensitivity coefficient to obtain an output proportional to the sensitivity coefficient after separating and connecting them. CONSTITUTION:The signals of k times as much as the sensitivity coefficients a2 and a8 are extracted from the capacitors C'2 and C'8, respectively. These signals are attenuated down to 1/k by a current Miller circuit M2 and then mixed with the signals sent from a current Miller circuit M1 to be transferred to a BBD. In this case, the dividing ratio of a capacitor which extracts the signals is all set approximately at 0.5 to reduce an effect of variance. Thus the accuracy of the filter characteristics can be increased.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the decrease of a dynamic range and eliminate the signal deterioration such as a wave form distortion by a method wherein a transfer capacity at a signal supply step of the charge transfer element is made large than other signal supply steps. CONSTITUTION:In a signal processing circuit adapted to mix up a plurality of signals taken out of one or the plurality of the charge transfer elements and to feed the mixed signals to an arbitrary step of the charge transfer element, the transfer capacity C1 at the arbitrarily selected step is made larger than the capacity values of the transfer capacities C0, C2, C3 at other steps. Even the charge quantity capable of being extracted from a capacitor C1 is increased and the charge is extracted before the extraction from a transistor 19, there remains a surplus in the extracted charge and therefore, a waveform distortion is not caused.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent VCE of the output-side transistor of a current Miller circuit from decreasing, by setting at least the output side resistance value of the balancing resistor of Miller circuits to a value which is in inverse proportion to the sum of coefficients. CONSTITUTION:Currents IX and IY flowing through current Miller circuits M1 and M2 have values proportional to sum (a3+a5+... and a2+a4+... of coefficients of division of capacitors connected respectively and different currents flow to current Miller circuits M1 and M2. In those circuits, when resistance values of resistors 15 and 17 are denoted as RX and those of resistors 25 and 27 are denoted as RY, values of RX and RY are so set that RX(a3+a5+...)=RY(a2+a4+...). Consequently, voltage drops across resistors 15, 17, 25 and 27 are all equal and current Miller circuits M1 and M2 have the same transfer characteristics.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To form all circuits on one chip of an IC, by constituting each filter with the transversal filter using a charge transfer element. CONSTITUTION:The composite color video signal from the input terminal is supplied to sampling hold circuit 100, and the signal from circuit 100 is supplied to cyclic transversal filter 300v. Next, the signal from filter 300v is supplied to noncyclic transversal filter 400y, and the signal from filter 400y is output as a luminance signal from output terminal 53y through interpolating filter (y). The output from filter 300v is supplied to noncyclic transversal filter 400c, and the output from this filter is output as a chroma signal to the output terminal through interpolating filter 500c. In this circuit constitution, each transversal filter is formed with the charge transfer element. As a result, the coil, the capacitor, the transformer, and so on are not used, and the whole of the circuit is made into an IC.
