SOLUTION: This polyphenylene sulfide nonwoven fabric is characterized in that the polyphenylene sulfide nonwoven fabric is a nonwoven fabric constituted of a fiber composed of a polyphenylene sulfide comprising a repeating unit made of at least >=80 mol% p-phenylene sulfide, the nonwoven fabric forms a network structure having fused points in which fibers are mutually fused and a film extending between fibers is formed in a part of the fused points among the fused points in the network body. This method for producing a polyphenylene sulfide nonwoven fabric is characterized in that an undrawn polyphenylene sulfide nonwoven fabric is obtained by using a polyphenylene sulfide comprising a repeating unit made of at least >=80 mol% p-phenylene sulfide by a melt blowing and the nonwoven fabric is biaxially orientated.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image property of a high quality without void and unevenness in density on a black solid printed surface by a method wherein an average transmissivity when transmitted light is cast on a base paper, is a specified value or higher, and also, a promotion index is within a specified range. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin film and a porous supporting body may be bonded using an adhesive, or may be bonded without using adhesive. This base paper has an average trnsmissiovity when transmitted light is cast, of 50% or higher, and its is important that a formation index is within a range of 1-5. Preferably, the average transmissivity is 60% or higher, and the formation index is within a range of 2.0-5.0, and more preferably, the average transmissivity is 70% or higher, and the formation index is within a range of 2.0-5.0. When the average transmssivity is less than 50%, an ink transfer amount becomes insufficient, and only image of a low printing density are obtained, and it is not preferable. Also, when the formation index exceeds the range of 1-5, an ink passing becomes uneven, and void may occur on th printing. or an uneveness in the density becomes larger, and it is not preferable.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upgrade an image property by preventing a plate attaching wrinkle in a stencil printing using a heat sensitive stencil printing base sheet. SOLUTION: The heat sensitive stencil printing base sheet obtained by laminating a thermoplastic resin film and a porous support made of thermoplastic resin fibers without adhesive comprises a fiber layer containing a surfactant and a fiber layer containing no surfactant in the support. In this case, the layer containing the surfactant is disposed at an opposite side surface to the film.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thermal screen printing stencil paper high in sensitivity and image quality and excellent in printing durability and wrinkle-proofing properties. SOLUTION: In thermal screen printing stencil paper obtained by laminating a polyester film and a porous support composed of polyester fibers without interposing an adhesive between both of them, the porous support is constituted of two or more kinds of layers containing fibers different in diameter and the orientation parameter of the film calculated by a laser Raman spectroscopic method is 3-10. This thermal screen printing stencil paper is produced by superposing two or more unstretched polyester fiber layers different in fiber diameter (5 μm) on an unstretched polyester fiber layers to co-stretch them.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide base paper for thermal stencil printing in which printing clearness and carrier properties are excellent. SOLUTION: The base paper for thermal stencil printing is constituted by bonding a polyester film to a polyester nonwoven fabric without using an adhesive. In this case, orientation parameters of the film part and the nonwoven fabric part which are obtained by the laser Raman spectroscopic method are 3-10. A thin layer containing at least one kind selected from among an amino- modified silicone oil, a carboxyl-modified silicone oil, an alcohol-modified silicone oil and an epoxy-modified silicone oil as a main body is provided on one side to be brought into contact with a thermal head in the film.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the perforation diameter in compliance with the variation of energy level and improve tone properties by biaxially orienting a resin composition composed of polyester having respectively specified melting point and glass transition point and the specified temperature difference between the temperature rise crystallization temperature and the glass transition point as a main component. SOLUTION: In a heat-sensitive stencil printing base paper polyester film perforated by the flash emission by digital processing for perforating a thermal head, the laser emission or the like, a halogen lamp or the like, a biaxially oriented resin composition composed of polyester having the melting point (Tm) of 200 deg.C or under, the glass transition point (Tg) of 50 deg.C or above and the temperature difference (ΔTcg:Tcc-Tg) between the temperature rise crysallization temperature (Tcc) and the glass transition point (Tg) is 100 deg.C or under as a main component is used. The film is formed of a resin composition composed of polyester of 70wt.% or more as a main component.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a makeup method for a stencil which deals with superdelicate makeup work, makeup speed acceleration and coloring process and at the same time, contributes to the prolongation of the like of a thermal head and shows superior independent perforating performance. SOLUTION: This makeup method for a stencil is to perforate the thermosensitive film of a dot matrix-type thermosensitive stencil paper with the help of a thermal head with plural dot-like heating elements. In this case, the thermosensitive stencil paper is a laminate formed by thermally adhering a film of thermoplastic resin ands non-woven cloth of thermoplastic resin without the use of an adhesive and constretching. When performing the makeup, the maximum value T(TPH) of the surface temperature ( deg.C) of the thermal head has to satisfy formula (Tm1+10
