The present invention is a sheet used for LED encapsulant, etc. , with the objective of providing a sheet with excellent light resistance or of providing a phosphor sheet in which the optical properties thereof are not impaired and which exhibits excellent film thickness uniformity even when comprising large-sized phosphor particles in high concentration. The constitution of the present invention is, in one embodiment, a phosphor sheet in which the content of phosphor is 53 weight% or more of the total sheet, and in another embodiment, a phosphor sheet characterized by comprising at least a silicone resin, a phosphor and silicone fine particles.

PURPOSE:To obtain a color filter without any protrusion or breaking of ITO wire outside the frame light shielding part. CONSTITUTION:This color filter is provided with at least a transparent substrate, a colored pattern part furnished with a picture element of plural colors formed at the specified position at the center on the substrate and a light shielding part formed between the picture elements, a frame light shielding part formed adjacent to the periphery of the colored pattern part and an outer frame formed adjacent to the periphery of the frame light shielding part. The outer frame is furnished adjacent to the outside of the frame light shielding part before the light shielding part is formed to produce the filter.

PURPOSE:To easily and efficiently form light shielding parts with high accuracy by subjecting a photosensitive resin to full-surface exposing from the rear side of a base material then to exposing through pattern masks from the surface coated with the photosensitive compsn. CONSTITUTION:The negative type photosensitive resin compsn. which contains a material having the property to shield visible light, for example, a black coloring material, and is cured in exposed pars is applied on the base material by means, such as spin coater or roll coater. The photosensitive resin compsn. contg. the material having the property to shield visible light is then applied between picture elements and is subjected to the full-surface exposing from the rear surface. In addition, the photosensitive resin compsn. contg. the material having the property to shield visible light is exposed from its front surface through the chromium mask having the patterns disposed to expose only the parts between the picture elements and is thereby cured. The visible light shielding layer without having the spacing from the picture elements and having the thickness equal to the thickness of the picture elements is formed by simultaneously or successively executing the full-surface exposing from the rear surface and the mask exposing from the front surface. The unexposed photosensitive resin compsn. existing on the picture elements is removed by washing with a proper solvent.

PURPOSE:To provide a color filter for a liquid crystal display element that is inexpensive, highly accurate, and excellent in contrast by coating a dye-affinity medium layer having a photosensitive property, and by exposing from the rear side of the base plate on which picture elements have been formed so as to form a dye-affinity medium layer only between picture elements. CONSTITUTION:After picture elements of three primary colors of red, green, and blue have been formed on the surface of a light-transmitting base material by means of a pigment dispersed polymer composition, a dye-affinity medium layer having photosensitivity is coated thereon, and then exposure and development are selectively carried out from the rear side of the base plate on which picture elements have been formed to form a dye-affinity medium layer only between the picture elements, and consecutively the dye-affinity medium layer is colored with a light absorbent dye to form a light-shielding layer. The dye-affinity medium layer to be used requires characteristics such as coating-formability, pattern workability, dye-affinity, chemical resistance, heat resistance, or the like. A photosensitive composition in which bichromate is mixed in a natural polymer such as collagen and gelatin, and a photosensitive composition in which bichromate is mixed in a water soluble polymer in which polyvinyl alcohol or the like are synthesized are suitable.

CONSTITUTION:The objective composition containing 0.1-5wt.%, preferably 0.3-2wt.% nonionic surfactant having an HLB within the range of 10-16 in an ink.

PURPOSE:To enhance the adhesive property of a toner to a waterless lithographic printing plate and the printing resistance of the printing plate by using epoxy resin and a specified heat curing type curing agent as essential components. CONSTITUTION:Epoxy resin such as bisphenol A type epoxy resin and one or more kinds of curing agents for heat curing are used as essential components to obtain a toner. The curing agents are selected among a cyclic amidine curing agent or a complex salt of the compound with a polybasic acid (1), an aromatic polyamine curing agent or a modified product thereof (2), an imidazole deriv. (3), a boron trifluoride-amine complex (4), dicyandiamide or a deriv. Thereof (5), diaminomaleonitrile or a deriv. thereof (6), and an aminimido compound (7). The resulting toner shows superior adhesive strength to a waterless lithographic printing plate and can enhance the printing resistance of the printing plate.

CONSTITUTION:0.1-20wt% low-boiling solvent having a b.p. of -10-130 deg.C (e.g., n-pentane) is added to dry lithographic ink consisting of a vehicle resin (e.g., rosin-modified phenolic resin), a vegetable oil (e.g., linseed oil), a pigment, 15-45wt% high-boiling solvent having a b.p. of 150 deg.C or above, additives such as wax, a dryer, etc.

PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of a toner image to a printing plate surface from being varied with time, by a method wherein a layer of a silicone adhesive to an image-forming component is applied to a base, and after hardening the layer, the surface thereof is brought into close contact with a polymer having a polar group or the like, and is heated to a temperture of not lower than 50 deg.C. CONSTITUTION:A layer of a silicon repellent to an ink and adhesive to an image-forming component is applied to the base, and after hardening the layer, the surface thereof is brought into a polymer having a polar group or a metallic surface, and is heated to a temperature of not lower than 50 deg.C to produce a waterless planographic printing plate material. The polymer having the polar group may be a polyester, a polyurethane, a polyamide or the like, and the metal is preferably iron, copper, aluminum or the like in view of practicability. As the method for bringing the surface of the plate material into close contact with the polymer or the metallic surface, e.g., a method of laminating a film or a roll contact method is used preferably and easily.
