Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draw forming device for molding a molded product of good outer appearance without generating creases and unevenness of weight per unit area even in the case of laminating a plurality of fiber sheet bases and carrying out deep drawing, and also provide a manufacturing method of a drawing using the device. SOLUTION: A male mold 15 and a female mold 12 are set movable relatively on the positions of fitting on each other and separating away each other, and a sheet feed plate 5 having a through-hole 5a of substantially the same shape as a molding hole 12a and also having a plurality of needle-shaped projections 6 so disposed as to encircle the periphery of the through-hole 5a is disposed between the male mold 15 and the female mold 12, and the sheet feed plate 5 is clamped between the male mold 15 and the female mold 12 when they are fitted on together in the constitution of a drawing device. In the drawing to be carried out, a first fiber sheet base Sa is set on an area encircled by the needle-shaped projections 6 on the sheet feed plate 5, on the upper side of which a second fiber sheet base Sb of the size of extending its peripheral edge from the above area to the outside is set on the upper face side of the fiber sheet base, and the needle-shaped projections 6 are hung on the peripheral edge of the second fiber sheet base Sb to set up a restraint state.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocating device for a moving body which can reciprocate it at a high speed without practically decelerating after turning back even if a reciprocating range is short in the reciprocating device using a thrust generating mechanism such as a linear motor mechanism. SOLUTION: A reciprocating device reciprocates a moving body 2 by arranging a linear motor mechanism 1 in parallel to a reciprocating passage 11 of the moving body 2. A stroke means 4 is arranged in a turning-back part of the reciprocating passage 11, and stroke object parts 2c composed of an elastic material are arranged on both side surfaces of the moving body 2, and a speed detecting sensor 3 of the moving body 2 is arranged on this side of the turning- back part. A control part 5 is arranged to perform an operation on the stroke timing by the stroke means 4 from entering speed of the moving body 2 detected by the sensor 3 and an apparent distance by adding a deformation quantity of the stroke object parts 2c to a distance up to the turning-back part from the sensor 3.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently open a fiber bundle to keep the width thereof by pressing the fiber bundle to the peripheral surface of the non-vibration roller positioned just behind a vibration roller and subsequently bringing the same into contact with the peripheral surface of the non-vibration roller over the contact length specific multiple or more of the fiber length coming into contact with the peripheral surface of the vibration roller. SOLUTION: A reinforcing fiber bundle 2 is unwound so that the tension thereof at a time of unwinding is within a range of 0.1-5N to be passed through vibration rolls 5a, 5b vibrated by vibration sources 4a, 4b and non-vibration rolls 6a, 6b. The vibration rollers 5a, 5b are set to vibration frequency of 1-100Hz and vibration amplitude of 1-50mm (pref. 5-20mm) and vibrates the reinforcing fiber bundle 2 in the direction crossing a fiber rinning direction to open the same. The non-vibration roller 6a, 6b keep and fix the opened width of the fiber bundle 2 opened by the vibration rollers 5a, 5b. The contact lengths of the vibration rollers 5a, 5b and the fiber bundle are compared and the contact length of the non-vibration rollers 6a, 6b and the fiber bundle 2 is set to 2-10 times and, as concrete length, the contact length is pref. 100mm or more.

Next moment, the peripheral edge part of the laminated product 8 is held to surface pressure higher than that of other part by a frame material 13 and lamination advances. A part other than the peripheral edge part is elastically deformed on the upper surface of the base material 5 in such a form that the fixed form material 11 conforms to the wall thickness change of a second base material and uniformly pressed in a state slightly lower than the peripheral edge part in surface pressure and lamination advances.

Based on the distance of separation and the output of the linear scale at that time, the reference level of the die holder 32 when the discharge opening of the slit die 40 is on the stage 6 is found, and a clearance to be secured between the discharge opening 68 and a glass base A with the reference level is set as a reference point.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to maintain the uniform thickness of a formed coating film by placing a member to be coated on a stage surface and sucking the peripheral parts of this member to be coated by suction holes included in the suction hole arrays corresponding thereto. SOLUTION: A glass substrate A on the stage 6 is sucked by the suction holes 74 of the suction hole arrays R up to its outer periphery edges in the formation of the coating film on the glass substrate A and, therefore, the floating of the outer periphery parts of the glass substrate A from the top of the stage does not arise. Since the suction surface 76 of the stage 6 is smooth, the glass substrate A is sucked and held in the stage that the entire surface of its rear surface is held in well tight contact with the suction surface 76 of the stage 6. Then, the clearance between the discharge port of a slit die and the glass substrate A is made uniform in forming the coating film on the glass substrate A. Consequently, the film thickness of the coating film is made uniform.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To reduce consumed power and prolong the life at high temperature by forming on inner and outer peripheral surfaces of an outer cylinder a covering layer that comprises a high melting point material having a specific melting point and a specific thermal expansion coefficient, and introducing inactive gas between a muffle and a furnace shell to press a muffle outer peripheral surface with specific pressure. CONSTITUTION: A resistor heater 2 is disposed outside a graphite muffle 1 perpendicularly to a muffle axis, and the muffle 1 is heated with radiation heat from the resistor heater 2 to heat string stripes T therein. Coating layers 4a, 4b are formed on inner and outer peripheral surfaces of a graphite outer cylinder 3, each of which layers comprises a high melting point material having a melting point of 2800 deg.C or higher and a thermal expansion coefficient higher than that of the outer cylinder 3 and lower than twice that of the same. Inactive gas G is introduced from an introduction nozzle 14 into a gap between the outer peripheral surface of the muffle 1 and the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder 3 to pressurize the muffle outer peripheral surface to a range of from 1kg/cm .G to 5kg/cm .G. After a water cooling support metal fitment 8 is inserted into a holder 6 through an O-ring 19, it is fixed to a side surface of a furnace wall 5 through packing 18.

CONSTITUTION:This method for manufacturing a preform for FRP tube formation consists of a cylindrical film attaching step which covers a core material S1 with a cylindrical film 21 and a step to transport the core material S1 covered with the cylindrical film 21 to a prepreg winding means 4. A prepreg P is arranged on the prepreg winding means 4, and is wound around the surface of the cylindrical film 21 used as a coat for the core material S1, using the prepreg winding means 4 to obtain a preform. Further, the preform is transported to a preform extraction means 3 with the core material S1. Next, the preform is extracted from the core material S1 using the preform extraction means 3. In addition, the step is provided with a step which returns the core material S1 extracted from the preform to a cylindrical film loading means 2.
