Abstract: PURPOSE:To manufacture a film without defective molding generated by air trapping or irregularities of the film surface, orange-skin like irregularity defects and the like generated by water boiling even in casing at high speed by providing water drops of specific water drop shape on a cooling roll of specific surface roughness. CONSTITUTION:Water drops of 70mum or less water drop diameter as maximum and 50 - 500pcs./0.1mm water drop numbers are adhered on a mirror-surface drum of 0.04mum or less of surface roughness Ra, and a thermoplastic resin film is cast. A thermoplastic polymer means a linear high molecule from the viewpoint of chemical structure. As for the typical polymer, polyester group having ester bonding in the main chain represented by polycarbonate and/or its copolymer, polysulfone and/or its copolymer, a modified material or the like. As a thermoplastic polymer, particularly polyester group such as polyethylene naphthalate or the like and polyphenylene sulfide are eminently effective.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new type tape for tape automated bonding(TAB) excellent in both adhesiveness and electrical insulation properties. SOLUTION: This tape is obtained by laminating a flexible electrical insulation organic film with an adhesive layer and a protective film layer. The adhesive layer essentially comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyamide resin pref. containing 3-6C dicarboxylic acid unit and (B) 5-100 (pref. 20-600) pts.wt. of an epoxy resin having in one molecule a glycidyl amino group and plural epoxy group (e.g. a diglycidyl ether such as bisphenol A, epoxidized phenol novolak, epoxidized tetraphenylolethane). The glycidyl amino group pref. contains a tertiary nitrogen atom, its amount being pref. 3×10 to 2×10 mol (esp. 1×10 to 1.5×10 mol) based on 100 pts.wt. of the resin in the adhesive.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a film, which is excellent in white-light screening property and in process stability and especially suitable for molding after thermal adhesion to a metal plate by specifying the adding amount and rate of white pigment contained in both layers of a double-layer laminated film, and specifying the amount and orientation degree of oligomer contained in both layers. CONSTITUTION: This is a double-layer laminated film of a film layer (layer A), which comprises polyester-based resin A containing VAwt.% of white pigment and OAwt.% of the amount of oligomer, and a film layer (layer B), which comprises polyester-based resin B containing VBwt.% of the white pigment and OBwt.% of the amount of the oligomer. The VA and VN are set at 10-30, OA is set less than (OB-0.2), OB is set at 3wt.% or less and the orientation degree is set at 0.7-4.0, respectively. Thus, the film, which is excellent in white-light screening property and in process stability at the same time and is optimal in application for molding after thermal adhesion to a metal plate, can be obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the label which does not generate the peeling, rupture, thermal shrinkage and obscure printing of the label in spite of the repetition of cleaning by having a printing surface formed by heat resistant ink and a heat, water and chemical resistant adhesive layer on a plastic film base material. CONSTITUTION:This label is constituted by coating and providing the rear surface of the plastic film base material having the printing surface formed by the heat resistant ink on the surface with the heat, water and chemical resistant adhesive layer. The heat resistance of the heat resistant ink and adhesive is 150 deg.C, preferably 200 deg.C, more preferably 240 deg.C. The adhesive has the sufficient power to withstand detergents, such as powder soap, synthetic detergents, hydrogen peroxide and hypochlorous acid, and hot water. Such adhesive includes adhesives of an acrylic system, silicone system and synthetic rubber system. The plastic film base material consists of one kind of the resins selected from polyester and polyamide. The surface of the adhesive layer of the label is stuck to the cloth.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance bonding properties of both ends of a polymer sheet with a moving cooling material and increase manufacturing speed by electrifying the polymer sheet melt extruded until bonding with the moving cooling material and spraying fluid from a conductive nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A molten thermoplastic polymer is extruded from an extrusion die 1 onto a moving cooling material 2 in the sheet-like form. An electrode 3 to which high voltage is applied is provided in the vicinity of a contact point of a sheet with the moving cooling material, and the moving cooling material 2 and the sheet are bonded together and quenched by static electricity force. Then, the fluid is sprayed from a nozzle 4 installed in the vicinity of the electrode 3 to both ends of the sheet. The quality of the nozzle is a conductive substance, and the nozzle is developed electrically and high voltage is applied to the nozzle. Abstract: PURPOSE: To realize good bonding property and chemical resistance by incorporating naphthol compound and polyamide resin to an adhesive layer as an essential element. CONSTITUTION: The title tape is constituted of a lamination body having an adhesive layer 2 and a protection film layer on a flexible organic insulating film 1 and naphthol compound and polyamide resin are incorporated to the adhesive layer 2 as an essential element. For example, the adhesive layer 2 contains epoxy resin. Naphthol compound has a plurality of OH groups bonded to naphthalene skeleton in one molecule and polyamide resin contains 36C dicarboxylic acid as an essential element. Compounding ratio of naphthol compound and polyamide resin is 5 to 100 pts.wt., desirably, 30 to 80 pts.wt. of naphthol compound to 100 pts.wt. of polyamide resin. An addition amount of epoxy resin is 20 to 100 pts.wt., desirably, 40 to 70 pts.wt. of epoxy resin to 100 pts.wt. of polyamide resin.
