    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially stretched film adapted to be laminated to rubber which is lightweight and has improved moldability and durability, and a laminate for rubber. SOLUTION: The biaxially stretched film to be laminated to rubber is composed of a thermoplastic polymer having a melting point of 150-280 deg.C and the yield stress at 25 deg.C is 150 MPa or less. As the thermoplastic polymer, a polyester is desirably used. The surface orientation coefficient of the film is 0.06-0.145, and the breaking extension of the stretched film at 25 deg.C is preferably 150% or more.

SOLUTION: This polyester film contains 10-45 wt.% of titanium oxide and has an opacifying efficiency after biaxial stretching, represented by the equation: an opacifying efficiency = an optical density/(a concentration of titanium oxide particles [wt.%]×a thickness of a film [μm], of at least 1.4×10-3 and an optical density of at least 0.5. SOLUTION: A sticking polyester film to be suitable for a vessel, in particular, a metal can manufactured by forming process or the like is formed by laminating a layer (B layer) consisting of polyester containing 0.01-25 wt.% particles of a Mohs' hardness of 5 or lower on at least one surface of a layer (A layer) consisting of polyester containing 1-45 wt.% titanium oxide particles. A melting point of the polyester film used is preferable to be 200-260 deg.C. In addition, a melting point of each A and B layer is preferable to be 246 deg.C or higher for its heat resistance, printability, and an antiabrasion property. Furthermore, such as polyester film is preferable to be the one formed by biaxially stretching polyester.
