Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rotation of a roll valve, and breakage of a holder by protruding a protruding part of the holder from between adjacent lift parts of the roll valve, inserting it to an fitting and insertion groove in a valve insertion space, and installing it to set the lift parts of the roll valve to the holder stop side to compose a discharge valve. SOLUTION: Lift parts 32 are provided on a roll valve 30 in an axial direction to correspond to a discharge port 24, and they are continuously installed in the axial direction by a pair of cross linking parts 31. A protruded part 41 is provided on a holder 40 to protrude from between the lift parts 32 for supporting the cross linking parts 31, and it is inserted to an fitting and insertion groove 27 in an insertion space 23 to assemble a discharge valve. A blade part 42 is provided on an inner circumferential surface of the valve insertion space 23 in such a direction to get apart from the discharge port 24, and the cross linking parts 31 are held through clearance to the inner surface of the valve insertion space 23. A lift quantity limiting stopper part 43 of the lift parts 32 is provided. Rotation of the roll valve 30 is thus prevented by the protruded part 41, and lift quantity is limited by the lift parts 32 to disperse pressure of load, thereby breakage of the holder 40 is prevented.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a vane type compressor with the cantilever structure of a rotary shaft of a rotor, which can sufficiently restrict the radial directional oscillation of the rotor. CONSTITUTION: A plate 3, which is to be integrally rotated with a rotor 2 and which is larger than a cylinder curve to be drawn by an opening edge of a cam ring 1, is integrally provided with the front side of the rotor 2. When the rotor 2 is rotated, since the plate 3 is slid on the front side end surface 1a of the cam ring 1 or the cam ring side end surface 5a of a front head 5, the inclining operation of the rotor 2 is regulated so as to remarkably restrict the radial directional oscillation of the rotor 2. A moment applied to a radial bearing 8 for supporting a rotary shaft 7 of the rotor 2 in the cantilever condition is eliminated, and the applying of a large offset load to the end of the radial bearing 8 is prevented.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the one control of air-tightness without requiring a conventional side block by providing a cylinder head, which can be fitted to both open ends of a cylinder and which flows the gas to be compressed/the compressed gas into/out from a compression chamber formed by a rotor, a vane and the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Since cylinder heads 2, 3 are directly provided in the open ends of a rotor 4, when a driving shaft 9 is rotated, the rotor 4 and a vane 11 provided in the rotor 4 are rotated, and at the time of suction process, the gas to be compressed is supplied to a compression chamber 12 through the cylinder head 2, and at the time of compression process, the compressed gas is flowed out from the compression chamber 12 to the cylinder head 3. A cylinder head to be used at this stage has a part, which is equivalent to a conventional side block, and a compressor is finished by incorporating this cylinder block to a cylinder 1, in which the rotor 4 and the vane 11 are housed. Consequently, seal material is not necessary to facilitate the control of air-tightness.
