An endless hot rolling method capable of preventing a plate from breaking by assuring a connection strength and reducing a load on rolling rolls so as to prevent a damage to a retainer and the rolling rolls in an endless rolling, comprising the step of standardizing the thickness of all sheet bars in a set to the thickness of a thinnest sheet bar of all sheet bars with the specified thicknesses in a connected set when a finish rolling is continuously performed by connecting the sheet bars before a finish rolling to eliminate a step at a sheet bar connected portion.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anlage und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Metallbändern, vorzugsweise Stahlbändern, einer Dicke von 0,8 bis 25 mm im Batch- oder Semi-Endlos-Betrieb, umfassend wenigstens eine Gießmaschine (1) zum Gießen von Dünnbrammen und eine stromabwärts der wenigstens einen Gießmaschine (1) angeordnete Walzeinrichtung (5, 8) mit mehreren Walzgerüsten zum Walzen der Dünnbrammen zu Metallbändern vorbestimmter Dicke, sowie wenigstens eine stromabwärts der Walzeinrichtung (5, 8) angeordnete Haspelvorrichtung (11), wobei zwischen der wenigstens einen Gießmaschine (1) und der Walzeinrichtung (5, 8) eine Schere (6) und ein Ofen (3) angeordnet sind, wobei die Walzeinrichtung eine Einrichtung zum Verändern des Walzspaltes wenigstens eines Walzgerüsts während des Walzvorgangs aufweist und eine Steuereinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die die Anlage so steuert, dass ein Umschalten vom Batch-Betrieb zum Semi-Endlos-Betrieb oder zurück abhängig von der Metallqualität, vorzugsweise Stahlqualität, und der gewünschten Dicke des herzustellenden Metallbands erfolgt, und dass das Umschalten vom Batch-Betrieb zum Semi-Endlos-Betrieb im Verlauf des Walzvorganges durch die Walzeinrichtung erfolgen kann.

본 발명은 주조 전환시 혹은 초기에 불가피하게 스크랩 처리되는 부분을 줄여 공정의 실수율을 높이는 연연속/배치 압연 전환 연주-압연 설비 및 방법으로, 연주부, 적어도 2 이상의 압연부 및, 상기 압연부 사이에 배치된 코일박스를 포함하며, 주편을 생산하는 연주단계; 상기 주편의 두께를 감소시키는 1차 압연 단계; 주조 초기 주편의 선단부로부터 일정거리를 절단하는 절단 단계; 연속적으로 공급되는 주편이 상기 코일박스를 통과하는 통과 단계; 및 통과된 주편의 두께를 감소시키는 2차 압연 단계;를 포함하는 연연속/배치 압연 전환 연주-압연 방법을 제공한다.

Rolling method in a rolling line (10), to produce strip with a thickness varying from 0.7 mm to 20 mm, for all qualities of steel which can be cast in the form of thin slabs with a thickness comprised from 30 mm to 140 mm, the line (10) comprising at least: a continuous casting device (1 1); a tunnel furnace (15) for maintenance/equalization and possible heating; a rolling train consisting of a roughing train comprising from 1 to 4 rolling stands (18a, 18b, 18c) and a finishing train comprising from 3 to 7 stands (21a-21e); a rapid heating unit (20), with elements able to be selectively activated, interposed between the roughing train and the finishing train. For each lay-out of the rolling line (10), the position of the rapid heating unit (20) which defines the number of stands (18a, 18b, 18c) which form the roughing train, disposed upstream of the unit (20), and the number of stands (21a-21e) which form the finishing train, disposed downstream of the unit (20), is calculated as a function of the product of the thickness and speed of the thin slab. The product is in turn a function of the hourly productivity in tons/hour desired to be obtained, and is made to work either in coil-to-coil mode, or in semi-endless mode or in endless mode. One of the three modes of the rolling process is selected according to the quality of the steel produced, to the maximum casting speed possible for the quality of steel, to the final thickness of the strip and to the production cost.

Ein Verfahren zum Walzen von dünnen und/oder dicken Brammen (2; 3) aus Stahlwerkstoffen zu Warmband (4a), die vorher als dünne oder dicke Brammen (2; 3) in einer Stranggiessmaschine (1) gegossen wurden, in einem Tunnelofen (5) oder einem Hubbalkenofen (7) auf Walztemperatur erwärmt und in einer Walzstrasse (4) gewalzt, anschliessend gekühlt und zu Wickelbunden (18) aufgewickelt werden, kann weitgehend kontinuierlich bei maximaler Auslastung der Walzstrasse (4) in Abhängigkeit des Qualitätsstandards des Warmbandes (4a) und einer Reduzierung des Walzenverschleisses erfolgen, indem die Walzstrasse (4) inline aus Vorwalzgerüsten (4c) und Fertigwalzgerüsten (4b) gebildet ist, in die dünne Brammen-Abschnitte (2b) oder dicke Brammen-Abschnitte (3b) an geeigneter Stelle der Walzstrasse in Abhängigkeit ihrer Dicke eingeführt werden.

A hot rolling method which, even if an abnormality occurs before, during or after the joining of metal pieces, does not need to stop the operation of the line. The method is such that if, at the inlet side of a finish rolling machine (26), the leading end of a following metal piece is to be joined to the trailing end (10B) of a preceding metal piece so as to be subjected to finish hot rolling continuously with the preceding metal piece (10), it is decided whether or not endless rolling is possible before and after joining and if it is found impossible, joining is suspended and the following metal piece (12) is stopped so that after the trailing end (10B) of the preceding metal piece has passed through the finish rolling machine (26), the following metal piece (12) is retransferred and finish-rolled with a setting for batch rolling, and if an abnormality occurs in the joined portion after the joining, the joined portion (11) is cut off between the joining device and the finish rolling machine (26), and the material to be rolled is fed into the finish rolling machine with a setting for batch rolling.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the lay-out of a plant capable of producing all the qualities of castable steel with the thin slab technology and to provide a rolling method and equipment which can manage the stopping time of the rolling plant for minor maintenance, roll changes and/or incidents, without long interruption.SOLUTION: There is provided a rolling line 10 in which all the qualities of steel which is cast into the form of thin slabs with a thickness comprised from 30 mm to 140 mm is used and strip with a thickness varying from 0.7 mm to 20 mm are obtained, the line includes: a continuous casting device 11; a tunnel furnace 15 performing equalization and, as necessary, heating; a roughing train 18a, 18b, 18c; a rapid heating unit 20; and a finishing train 21a-21e. The number of stands forming the roughing train and the finishing train is calculated as a function of the thickness of the product and the speed of the thin slab, and one of the three modes of a coil-to-coil mode, a semi-endless mode and an endless mode is selected.
