Abstract:
A membrane switch panel has a printed circuit base board (20) carrying bare copper electrical circuitry (26) and contacts (26 & 28). A flexible, non-elastomer, laminar membrane (22) overlays the board (20) and also carries a bare-copper contact (24). An electrically insulating spacer (3) is provided between the board (20) and the membrane, but is provided with an opening to allow the contact (24) upon local depression of the membrane to bridge the contacts (26 & 28) in the base board (20). The membrane (22) is adhesively sealed to the base board (20) enclosing an atmosphere of limited tarnishing ability for the contacts (20, 26 & 28) to maintain a low contact resistance and allow non-precious metals to be used for contacts.

The invention relates to an electrical device, comprising an electrically conductive element and a plastic part in contact with the conductive element, wherein at least a part of the electrically conductive element is made of a silver comprising composition and wherein the plastic part, partially or integrally, is made of polymer composition comprising a semi-aromatic polyamide (X) comprising units derived from aliphatic diamines and dicarboxylic acids, wherein (a) the dicarboxylic acids (A) consist of a mixture of 5-65 mole% aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and/or aromatic dicarboxylic acid other than terephthalic acid (A1 ) and 35-95 mole % terephthalic acid (A2); (b) the aliphatic diamines (B) consist a mixture of 10-70 mole% of a short chain aliphatic diamine with 2-5 C atoms (B1 ) and 30-90 mole % of a long chain aliphatic diamine with at least 6 C atoms (B2); and (c) the combined molar amount of terephthalic acid (A2) and the long chain aliphatic diamine (B2) is at least 60 mole %, relative to the total molar amount of the dicarboxylic acids and diamines.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Kontaktkomponente (1b) und ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung, wobei die Kontaktkomponente ein gesintertes Kontaktelement (2a, 2b) und einen an das Kontaktelement angegossenen Kontaktträger (4) aufweist und die Körner des Kontaktelements (2b) in einer Vorzugsrichtung (B) ausgerichtet sind.

Dans une structure de commutateur de construction en sandwich dans laquelle un conducteur anisotrope (2) est disposé entre deux électrodes (1) et (3), avec un isolant (6) disposé entre l'électrode (1) et le conducteur (2) de manière à les isoler pendant la période de non fonctionnement, le conducteur (2) et l'électrode (1) au moins du côté fonctionnement sont transparents, affichant ainsi le contenu de l'opération sur l'électrode (3) du côté non fonctionnement de sorte qu'aucun des caractères affichés n'est omis, et qu'il ne peut se vérifier aucune contamination. Lorsque l'électrode (3) est également transparente, la structure de commutateur peut être placée directement sur la surface d'affichage d'une unité d'affichage plane (10), permettant ainsi un fonctionnement de commutation des positions d'affichage de l'unité d'affichage.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a vacuum interrupter with double co-axial contact arrangement in which the inner contact has a TMF-like or Pin shape arranged within concentrically cup shaped AMF coil with a single layer or multilayered contact parts at each side, th.m. on the side of the a fixed contact arrangement as well as on the side of a movable contact arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1. In order to enhance this special construction furthermore in order to result high conductivity and low resistance, the invention is, that the outer cup shaped contact is made from a double or multiple layer arrangement, wherein at least one layer is made from a hard steel or steel alloy and at least a second layer is made from material with high thermal conductivity.
