    Abstract: A reciprocating glue dispenser dispensing switch includes a switching device main body, a needle holding base, a sliding wear-resistant plate, and a driving device. The switching device main body is equipped with a double liquid inlet, the needle holding base is equipped with a mixed glue outlet, the sliding wear-resistant plate is installed between the switching device main body and the needle holding base, and the sliding wear-resistant plate is equipped with a sliding wear-resistant plate opening. The driving device is utilized to move the sliding wear-resistant plate. A mixed double-liquid glue passes through the double liquid inlet, the sliding wear-resistant plate opening and the glue outlet to dispense a mixed double-liquid glue while the double liquid inlet, the sliding wear-resistant plate opening and the glue outlet are overlapped.

    Abstract: A robot end effector for dispensing an extrudable substance comprises a chassis, cartridge bays, attached to the chassis and each shaped to receive a corresponding one of two-part cartridges, and a manifold, comprising a manifold outlet, manifold inlets, and a valve inlet. When the two-part cartridges are received by the cartridge bays, the manifold inlets are in fluidic communication with corresponding ones of the two-part cartridges via static mixers, attached to cartridge outlets of the two-part cartridges. The robot end effector additionally comprises a head assembly, comprising pairs of fittings, configured to selectively supply compressed air from a pressure source to the two-part cartridges when the two-part cartridges are received by the cartridge bays, so that contents of the two-part cartridges are concurrently extruded through the cartridge outlets.

    Abstract: Described herein is an apparatus for dynamic metering of sealant volumes, and also described herein is a corresponding method.The apparatus of the invention includes two containers for sealant components; a first drive, which is connected to two devices, each of which is able to convey one of the sealant components from its container; a drive controller; a mixing unit for mixing the sealant components conveyed from the containers, having an opening for applying the sealant to a component; and also, additionally, a compensating container with a compensating volume; and a second drive, which is connected to a piston which reaches into the compensating volume of the compensating container.The compensating container in this arrangement is connected to the mixing unit. The first drive and the second drive can be dynamically controlled jointly by the drive controller.

    Abstract: A plural component dispensing system includes a dispensing device, first and second fluid component sources, a system controller, and an operator interface device. The first fluid component source is connected to the dispensing device to deliver the first fluid component to the dispensing device. The second fluid component source is connected to the dispensing device to deliver the second fluid component to the dispensing device. The system controller is connected to regulate operation of the first fluid component source and the second fluid component source to produce a target ratio of the first fluid component and the second fluid component at the dispensing device. The operator interface device is remote from and operatively connected to the system controller. The operator interface device is configured to output system state information received from the system controller and to receive operator input to control an operational state of the system controller.
